Has anybody done this yet?
If so how?
I'd like to try to just cruise around outside the walls on somewhere like Toscana.

Did a brief search and couldn't find anything relevant.

Thanks.

Can't believe someone finally made a thread about this..

I think you can do it on any track. Seen it on Top Gear, Nurb GP, SS7.

It is pretty fun to just drive in a straight line forever, ultimate top speed test!

Ok, from my experience:

The car going outside the track has to weigh less than 500kg.

The car ramming the other car has to weigh a lot (works best with tank car, but have seen X1's work because of their sheer speed.)

Park your lightweight car at the end of a long straight, sideways against a wall.
Let heavy car ram you as hard/fast as they can (works best if you aim for front or rear of car, to concentrate the force at one end) and it also makes it even easier if someone in an X1 pushes the tank car from behind.

You should see your car go halfway through the wall, just drive the rest of the way and you're off to freedom!

I know u can do this on curcuit de la sarthe at the end of the long straight by the tyre barriers

I really can't stand the few people on this forum that call Le Mans Circuit de la Sarthe and the Mulsanne Straight that really long straight.

And if you don't know the name of the straight? What are you supposed to call then, jack rabbit road? Mustard mile? Not everyone is as prim and proper as you I rekon.
I'll call the various circuit parts the correct name if I know them, but for tracks such as Nurburgring, with all it's different names, and me being from US, I call them something relevent to what they are or where approximately they are on the track. Doesn't mean I'm disrespecting anything or anyone as you seem to feel. There's plenty of other things in this world to get annoyed over is what I'm saying, so lighten up.

Because it's illegal to enjoy a game without knowing the real life names of the sections? I'm assuming you could name all the sections on the 'Ring from the top of your head right? Way to offer a constructive point to the topic 👍

And back on topic: my only success with this was in top gear in my Ginetta G4 being hit by a tank car. Good luck :)

Uh, because the track is called the Circuit de la Sarthe. Le Mans is a race that takes place there.
Why would you think it is proper to call a track by the name of a single race?
Should we start calling Daytona International Speedway the Pepsi 400 instead?

This. He's calling it by it's correct, official name and you bash him for it, saying it's called "The Le Mans Circuit"? If anyone you should be bashed, my friend. Not gonna though. :dopey:
