How'd she compare in the special conditions hall? Good car to use or what?

I bought her used for around 18K i think.Fully tuned,my GT-A is a really decent rally car (it ranks up with my Spec C Sooby!).I reccomend getting one IF you see one in the used lot.Not really worth the money new IMO though.
