Even if only 63 of them are driveable, there are some 200+ cars in GT4 Prologue (the rest driving around as AI cars). Now these cars, along with cars that receive the official GT4 Award like the five in Las Vegas, are certain appearances in the final game (well, they might still pull back Michael Jackson's car, you never know :D). Why not make a list of those? :)
 
Does anyone know if there are goin to be more DTM or other touring cars included in GT4 like the Abt TT-R in GTConcpet, because I getting a tad bored just seeing Rally or F1 cars again.

Some Real Lemons!

As if they'd include cars like the 78 Colt or 1 litre concept
 
As if they'd have included the 500R, 360 young or the Midget in GT2, which is back for GT4.
 
The 500 had tuning potential and handled pretty well, the 360 and midgets were crap though I have to agree

No one knows, theres a thread somewhere with all the relese dates that shops and sites are giving us, best to check that.

On SHO forum the administartor was asked to go to a secret meet somewhere. It was all ford cars there and there were a couple shos, including a ford lightning, some old Mustangs, and a fast riced out focus. She said they recorded engine clips at different rpm ranges.
 
i kno this isnt an official list, but i hope PD puts my beloved 4-door ER34 skyline into GT4, NOMUKEN Whooo, i want to be the drifter of that car, everyone across the country will kno me by my Silver ER34

The HSVC is the Austrailian company, if you have played Need for Speed, Hot pursuit, that car is in there.

no, my 92 chevy caprice had 200k on it when i blew the trans from doing burnouts, it probly wouldve lasted forever if i didnt abuse it, otherwise it gave me no problems

I thought it had been confirmed that there would be around 500 cars rather than 778!

This is an old thread, dating from the original time when it was speculated there would be around 1000 cars. I think KY has confirmed it is more likely to be in the region of 500 now. Also being such an old thread, can we be sure the car list is even relevant?
 
KY himself doesnt know how many cars there will be intill the game is gold, they are always adding of modifing all the time. 500 was a rough guess a fair while ago, we may even get a pleasent suprise
 
I reckon they'll be a few more than in GT2 just so they can say its the GT with the most cars yet :)

/Damn not even C4 is powerful enough to destroy this thread.
 
The number 500 came about through the media, what KY actually said was that GT4 will have more cars than ANY previouse GT, including GT2 which I think had around 600 cars in it, all the mags just said it's going to have 500+ which isn't wrong, but you wouldn't be wrong if you said it will have 550+.
 
It would be nice if this was more accurate than we first thought.
