I know. I know. It would be epic. Along with a decent livery editor, the game will reach new heights. Incredible heights. It'll finally posses nearly every aspect of cars: from buying a car, to owning a car, to making it your own (livery/customizing it), to driving a car with realism, etc.

It's beautiful. By the way, any specific modifications you look forward to? Body kits? Sideskirts? Bumpers? Headlights? Window tints?

No way Kaz would give us a rushed and decent livery editor. He is either going to give us a(n) (almost) perfect livery editor or nothing. He is such a perfectionist

PD/KY designed body kits for Amuse and NISMO (I believe, although someone will pull a flamethrower out if I'm wrong:)). I remember seeing an interview on PSN where he (translator-san) said so. That's why I have always 'assumed' that the Tuner shops would provide these options in GT Mode. With the PS3 power and PD graphics, I can't imagine we won't get something juicy to play with. (that sounded wrong)

Nevertheless, in one of the Nurb videos from 'Max we saw a TVR that was de-finitely modified, whether a 'store bought' version or a 'one-off' ride. It renewed my hopes upon seeing that. It had race tires and after'kit rims, custom exhaust, etc.....

I think our hope is (slightly) justified. 👍

I'd hope so.

I mean, my expectation is that it WILL NOT be as insanely in-depth as Forza 3, but who knows? But obviously, the more in-depth the better! :)

And lastly, I also think it's time, (E3 2010), for such information to be released. Enough with the mind games. Is it in? And what exactly can we do to our cars?

No way it'll be a perfect livery editor, Just seems too cool for GT5, not bashing it...but we're not 100% Sure on Visual Modifications even, so... Hopes GT5 has all those Features:tup:

Don't kid yourself.

Mr. Realist to you.

+1, At the moment things arent looking to Good.

Possible Crappy sounds, Possibly Premium Cars(the only ones with interior view), No Livery editor mention....:guilty:

The best we can do is Expect Nothing :ouch:

Interior view =/= cock-pit view. I thought you understood this.

So I guess its probably best if neither of you even buy the game or pretty much stop reading news on it since clearly, it'll never make either of you happy. I'll just happily enjoy what I have AT ALL.

So I guess this is a 'premium car' by your review of the definition?

They will ALL have cockpit views.

Amen, sir. Amen.

Personally, I've never actually cared about the premium car stuff. It just something else to confuse the living hell out of you just like the 20 Locations/20 layouts arguments.

I think Kaz is the Riddler.

Riddle me this GT fans!

The Fiat 500 is very famous and popular especially in Japan. I would expect it to be a premium car.

It is 20 Locations/70 layouts... or 20 countries/70 tracks... or 20 tracks/70 variations... but if... ok I give up it is confusing as hell. :scared:

It truly is. And now the cock-pit view debate is trying to regain strength.

But it shouldn't be this way. I really pray that these bits of information can be cleared up at E3. It's been too long that we sit here arguing with each other because of someone else's (KY's) ambiguity. Or perhaps worse, uncertainty.

The truth; we crave it. :)

I blame the translator guy. He may be good for English to Japanese translations, I do not know, but I am sure he is not for Japanese to English.

The sad part is: he will be translating KY words at E3.:nervous:

Most people have probably seen this but here is a link of what cars PD have helped design exteriors for.

Actually, I understood that Long time ago, its just that maybe that (old) Autoblog interview and all the Crazy Hype moment is confusing me:tup:

Ill buy GT5, its just that I had a truly Bad experience with GT4, How? I never knew nothing about the game till i bught it and played it, guess what, It was GT3 loaded of Oversteer without too much improvements in the car customization area and with worse sounds. Great Game, but expected more, and as you might guess, thats my big fear with GT5...

So I guess this is a 'premium car' by your review of the definition? *Pic*

Im almost sure about that too, its just the small details that scare the hell out of me and make me wonder what if...:guilty:

My head hurts....:ouch:

So does mine :ouch:

:)
Well, it wasnt my intention to bring up that silly debate again, and im a believer of the all cars with cockpit thingy, that was just a panic moment, and besides, most of the time, My posts are ignored so I never thought of it bringing this cockpit view stuff...

:)

Really? Pointing out a flaw in someone's statement means I will never be happy with the game?
I'm sorry that me not being a complete GT5 sack rider is somehow affecting you to the point you need to comment on it.

I don't see how "Don't Kid yourself" is pointing out the flaw in someone's statement. He offers up a choice of what might (not will) happen yet you seem to think otherwise (at least, thats the impression I get). Also, this is just one of your posts where you apparently feel the need to post some negative response to someone after they make a optimistic post on what they hope might be there. Just seems the overall feeling I get is you have nothing positive to offer or to say about the game(none that I've seen as of late anyway) and hence my post. I'm not asking you to be a "GT5 sack rider"(which I guess is just an eleborate way of saying fanboy), I'm just making a suggestion that perhaps works better for you.

The user was under the impression that Kaz wouldn't let out the game without every aspect being perfect. So instead of pointing out all the parts that aren't perfect or were given less attention, I made a simple suggestion for be more realistic.

 Well said! 👍

If its not perfect (or very in depth) Kaz won't include it in the game.

Rrrright...
The fact that he's perfectionist doesn't mean his games are perfect.

No, but in reference to the features his games include, they're pretty close.

What we have seen so far regarding damage is far from perfect, yet there it is, in the game....in a fashion.

I will reserve any comment on damage until the game releases.
