Looks like it was the one in front (without the GT logos) that actually did the record lap

This should work theoretically, assuming you are quick enough to cancel the game updates or unconnected from the internet to not get them at all.Yeah I'm just wondering if I'd be able to boot into Arcade mode and see how the physics have changed. I do own the disc version.
This is my worry. Hence the hope for at least SOMETHING to make them a bit more dynamic to drive and/or a place to use them in-game.Well, might be two of the last four cars for December reveal.
Since GTWS Round 3 will be held in the U.S., and considering that market is hostile to Chinese cars, I would not expect announcements regarding Chinese cars (either that or Xiaomi) there.Well, if this is all legit, maybe we are going to get the official announcement in GTWS Round 3...
That was added some time ago can't remember when thoughI don't know if this was ever mentioned before but I just found out I can play my Spotify music WHILE playing GT7 on my PS4, totally gobsmacked....happy too
I found this out totally by accident, just got a Spotify account and D/L the app on my PS4, thinking it would stop playing when I started GT7 and it just kept playing, as I mentioned, totally gobsmacked... lolThat was added some time ago can't remember when though

You can but not all games disable the in-game music. But in those cases you can just turn the volume to 0 and then it’s basically the same thing.Isn't this true for all games???
would he have the idea of introducing this circuit for the 4 years of the game!!!!All this news about Polyphony doing things in China reminded me of this from 2016.
Nearly a decade later, and nothing came of it sadly. But maybe this new interest in Chinese cars & the Chinese market in general could get the ball rolling again.![]()
Shanghai International Circuit Coming to GT Sport?
Preparations are being made to bring the home of the Chinese Grand Prix to the Gran Turismo franchise.www.gtplanet.net
I'm so looking forward to this.On November 8, the Orpheum Theatre in downtown LA will host a weekend of racing excitement as we celebrate Gran Turismo’s incredible milestone — 100 million games sold worldwide as of June 25, 2025. Fans can cheer on the world’s fastest drivers, get an early look at new tracks, cars, and features from the upcoming SPEC III update*, test their skills on GT racing sleds, explore a display of highly customized GT Awards vehicles and partner showcases, enjoy some of LA’s best food vendors, and visit a kids zone designed for the next generation of racing fans.
I might be going even further, full engine swap catalogue for all cars, Any engine for any car.I might be going too far on this one, who knows, but... I hope Drivetrain swaps will someday become a feature in the future of the Gran Turismo Franchise.
It would make cars with CVT transmissions actually usable too. Would make cars like the Aqua and some of the Karenmobiles much more pleasant to driveI would be happy with being able to swap out transmissions. not AT to MT but like a 4 speed manual to 5 speed or something along those lines. There a re quite a few cars that need an extra gear
