For the cafe menu I need the Red Bull X2019 competion

As you can see from the image attached I have the car already but, the cafe still think I need to obtain the car

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Thanks guys

Isn't that the one you get from getting all golds in the super license or IA? If you did then you did get this car and probably didn't realize you sold it.

The Anniversary Edition doesn't count.
You have to buy or win the 'normal' version.

The Collector Book flag is added when you buy the car. For Extra Menu Books you need to currently own the car. Check your Garage, and if it's not in there (which it won't be) you need to go buy it again.

Finally got around to buying the rest of the cars, now I've got 100% completion

Sadly the red bull x2019 25th anniversary doesn't count, you need to buy the normal version.

Thanks to all who replied

You were correct, I had to buy the car again. I think I was confussed as in Brand Central it said I had acquired the car already but I must have sold it since after acquiring?

Anyway, thanks again to all who replied

Yep. That blue book icon is the Collector Book flag which only shows that you have, at some point, owned the car. Extra Menu Books require you to currently own it.

There is another possibility but it's a bit remote and depends on when you played GT7  A special variant of the X2019 called the Anniversary also exists, but you could only acquire it in a certain window three years ago. It counts as a Competition for the Collector Book but not for the Extra Menu Book.

He has it, it's in the screen shot he posted, at the top.

Yeah thats exactly what I own. The Anniversary version. Hence another reason why I got confussed I think lol

Still trying to get the 296GT3 close to NLS-BOP.

Question to everyone who's decent at Nordschleife: How much do you think you would be off Verstappen's time (or the official record; it's just tenth apart) at the Endurance layout, if we take the performance of the car out of the equation? But still keeping in mind that the car just got released, so most didn't spend much time with it yet. What seems realistic here? 5 seconds? 10? Or more?

edit: I gave up, it's pointless. There are too many variables. There doesn't seem to be any way to convert the degree settings for the wings to what is called down force here in game. We don't know how realistic the car is overall and we also can't know how the grip compares to the real thing.
Guess I rather try to have some fun in game instead of thinking too much about things like that🙂
Looks like Hubblesphere had the same idea and made a YouTube video on it. He ended up about a second and a quarter ahead of Max's time but had some explanations such as tailwinds, traffic, etc. Interesting video if you like these sorts of comparisons!

I'd guess he means old (or new) cars that never had ABS or TC shouldn't be equipped with them in game...
Yes and no
Personally I turn those off for period correct cars and drive in manual gear shift when appropriate.....

But then you could have situation where people have tuned and modified those old cars enough that they can add those modern features and functions for easier drive....

I can see both ways and why you cannot entirely remove them.

Oh, in this case CSA, stability management and controller optimisation shouldn't be a thing either, i guess. ;)
Well yeah, but the majority of us would be up the creek without a paddle if they removed the latter, so that one isn't gonna happen for sure. Pretty sure ABS and TC are here to stay too, but would be interesting to hear if that wasn't what he meant..

I wish there was a "realistic" setting so I don't have to look up if every car had this assist or not. Same goes for the transmission . It's fun driving the Kangoo in automatic.
I think I have the most fun looking up cars and trying to mimic them In GT7, it could be from the tires, electronic aids, suspension brakes etc.

I have all my tuning sheets for stock cars like this for my league.. My friends think I have major problems but I love to try to mimic these cars to their real world counterparts.

SP/CS- SP Stands for (Stock profile) The way the tires actually looks Example.. When taking a photo of your car tires. CS (comfort soft) Is the style of the tire. Pirelli PZero Asimmetrico is the actual OEM tire for the F40

Street.CS Track.CM Drag.SH- This section is how the tire actually performs.

Street- This is base off of the simple event in the races you do against the AI EX.(European Sunday Cup) which are typically short and easy going. For these events the F40 uses Comfort Soft tires

Track- This is base off of more serious events such as custom races.. league TT challenges, league races. A car Tire track rating can differ from a street rating because track performance takes more from tires VS street performance. For these events the F40 uses Comfort Medium tires.

Drag- This is for drag racing events. For these events the F40 uses Sport Hard tires.

Tires, Brakes, Rims- All OEM measurements

Current Spec Skidpad- This is for me to get a basic understanding on what tires will be equipped STOCK for the current car. This helps me try to mimic the cars handling in stock form. The F40 does around 1.02G which gives it Comfort Soft tires.

Upgrade- This is for me to know if the user of a specific car in league play has upgrades on the current car.

1/4M- This helps me set Tires for league drag events The F40 can hit around 12.1 @122 MPH. The F40 uses Sport Hard tires for drag racing events.

NoAbs NoTcs NoAsm- This lets me know what electronic aids the current vehicle has equipped. The F40 has No ABS, No Tcs,(Traction Control) No ASM (Stability management) Driving the F40 in league play you cannot use any assist for it doesn’t come with them.

Amazing. That's what I'm currently doing too. I initially posted a whole list from launch days here, way back, but the game has probably a 100 new cars now.

Currently I'm on my older cars that mostly lack all assists but from my research I was certainly surprised at some cars like both Cosworths, that have ABS earlier than some Japanese models.

Really interested to know what cars have more assists and how they are compared to the real world assists, and how close can we get to them?

Like ABS I only use weak on these older models, should I change to default for some newer cars? Or TC, should it be 1 or 5?

Man I love doing research on the cars and being surprised to find out certain things! Cars such as the new 296 I let people run default ABS and weak ABS depending on the driving modes the driver wants to be (Yes I know all the different driving modes in the 296 lol) if your in qualifying mode then ABS has to be set to weak… if your in a wet mode then ABS is set to default.

Depending on how old the car is and build quality some cars I run at weak and some default. The thing in my league weak ABS is actually for sporty use or as you said the car is old with a weak abs system. Typically I run a lot cars with default ABS because that reminds me of a Normal ABS.

Same thing with traction control.. a car like the 296 with diffrent driving modes can run traction from 0 all the way to 5 in my league Vs a car like my 370Z has a basic traction control system which is at (ONLY 3) in my league.

Yeah, cars like the 296 are easier as they do have real levels to the TC.

Thanks for the tips bro!!🤝
