Im currently tryna complete the Gran Turismo All Stars Trophy with a tuned out Lambo lp-670 883BHP. It isnt enough to compete with the other cars, what other cars would you guys recommend with a budget of 650,000.

Use the ZR-1 RM to beat "Like the Wind". Win the Toyota Minolta and use it to beat All Stars.

I did the All stars trophy in my 755bhp Nissan GT-R 500 Stealth car -> Gold, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Bronze. Was enough to take the championship by 5 points.

Planning to go back later and gold the remaining races once I have the Minolta from American cup (which I'm doing tonight)

Where do u get the zr1 rm from i know u can buythe normal zr1 but its not quick enough.

Buy ZR1
Oil change
Race mod it
Buy all upgrades from tuning including soft tyres
Do a few races
Oil Change

ZR1 RM should then be running a little over 900 horses, not to mention the fact that it handles like it's on rails if you get a good tune (plenty of them in the tuning section) :)

Merry Xmas !!

I actually used my GT-R 500 Stealth car and then the AMG SLS Stealth, but neither were really quick enough to get all golds (had 3 golds and 2 silvers with the SLS AMG). But managed to gold all the races with the ZR1 RM on the first go.

You can also use the Veyron, but there are no room for mistakes as you have to defend through the corners.

Yeah i tried with the veyron, had to overhaul the chassi first xD , but i found it pretty hard to corner. Does anybody know where i can get a m3 gtr race car ?

Mazda Furai can also be a good car for this event, its very very light and responsive, and very easy to win, just complete the one-race event in Tsukuba [10 laps, Mazda MX-5 Only] in B-Spec [Lv6], instant race car/concept :D

I've been stuck on this for a while. I've been trying to use the Z06 RM. First two races I can take. Nurburgring I can take if I'm lucky, it depends on the opponents. But I just get annihilated at Cape Ring as the Vette just can't corner like the LMP cars. I can hang out in front at Tokyo, but always seem to be overtaken once the LMP cars get past the lesser vehicles. My best so far is second place down by just 5 points.

Maybe I will sell the Z06 and try the ZR1 later today.

ZR1 Race modified should do the trick, I managed to do the ''All stars'' with a JGTC Toyota Supra on soft racing tyres and high rpm turbo kit.

I won 4 races and came second in the other.

The ZR1 has about 890 - 905 bhp, my supra only had 650bhp, both weighed 1100kgs, so the ZR1 should be fine.

You can practise events individually before entering the championship, I did this and it helped me to set the car up or each race when I done the championship. Also, you'll be earning money and experience points in individual races, aswell as learning how to win the race.

👍👍👍

Wait untill you eventually have the Formula gt or x1 and then do it easily.

The ZR1 RM to win the Minolta and use the Minolta in this race is your best bet. I am just an "ok" driver because I am so new to the series and I golded them all with the Minolta. If you just want to win it, get the Minolta, I don't rememeber it being a huge challange so if you are looking for more of a challange you may want to use another car.

Make sure once you buy the ZR1 from the NEW CAR dealer you race mod it before putting parts on it. After you RM it go and put EVERYTHING you can on it. It isnt cheap but it is a really easy car to drive in the HP range.

As a side note it is sort of ironic that I am sort of "anti" American made cars yet the ZR1 and the 2010 Camero modded to 700HP are two of my favorite cars in the game when it comes to ease of handling. And one of my favorite cars, the Enzo, is a pain in the butt..

Hmm didn't think about this. Maybe I'll try the Xanavi GTR thats sitting in my garage before spending the big bucks on a new car.

I lapped the AI in my Minolta for the majority of the races. I wasn't able to do it in the zr1 or zonda, but maybe I suck. I practiced each event about 10 times and had to get to the point where I could do 10 laps without hitting a wall for each.

Cool, it's worth trying before you spend mega bucks on another car, even if you fail you still would have earnt a little bit of money and experience points to put towards a faster car.

I cant remember all the tracks, but Trail Mountain and Nurburgring have softer setups (to deal with all the bumps) and for Cape Ring and Grand Valley I made the suspension a tiny bit harder as these tracks are alot smoother.

Also, changing the gear ratio's and downforce will help too.

👍 👍 👍

Can't remember the fifth track..??

I used the Pagani R 09 that you win in B Spec Dreamcar race. It was a walk in the park. LOL

I think one of my best cars right now is the Enzo. It was a pain in the but at first. Very uncontrollable. Tune it right and its very manageable. Suspension, lsd and driving aids.

The Toyota Minolta is a beast. That was my favorite car in GT4. I don't have it yet in GT5. This car should be made Premium real fast. It seems as though many of us like it.
