Phase 2 means they'll be broadening access to the beta. It'll remain a closed beta until they say different.

In that case your hopes seem to be too long, was the same case for me, just delete something and try it again until the text is under the maximum lengh.

I liked its focus, and the fact that it's probably the only GT that's forced me to try and drive better.

I'll say that there's a feeling on the PS beta forum that the devs are looking to push their servers to the max with this next phase, and I get two things from this. 1: A load of people will get access and 2: I think the game is *mostly* done and they're just working out the online kinks.

You have to get an email from Playstation for access to it. It comes when you get Beta access, not open to the public from what I understand.
