Derp. I wasn't able to play the first month because my game would freeze when the option to play online popped up. :rolleyes:

My first month was technically the Criminal-Records-ocalypse.
 
I didn't start playing until update 1.15, and missed all the good stuff. :(
Won't be getting a PS4 for a few months either.
Guess I'll just keep grinding for cash hoping there are some good new vehicles with the Heist DLC.
 
Well, my temptation got the better of me and I searched the Rail Gun on the GTA Wiki.

You don't need to do any new challenges to unlock it in singleplayer. Just complete the mission Minor Turbulence.

Can someone please upload an image or two of the first person view in the Rhino? Do not use a crappy image from your cell phone. Your PS4 (If you have one) can take screenshots. Use it.

TANK FIRST PERSON ON PS4, sadly no different then PS3 as I recall:

Just out of curiosity.. has anyone tested fully modded + wing vs fully modded w/out wing just to see if there's a difference in speed?

I'm wondering if the increased traction brought on by a wing also increases drag... if Rockstar even went that far with car physics.

On the PS3/X360, spoilers did improve traction and stability. They did not add drag.

I suspect it's one of two things; less player-displacement-per-second to allow larger lobbies or a deliberate choke in the rendering process somewhere.
 
I enjoy driving in first person mode but, can't see 🤬 with tinted windows, "de-tinted" (is that a word??) the windows of my futo so I can actually see something.
Are you guys experiencing the same?

I have the same when my character puts on a helmet on a motorcycle. I always try to keep moving a bit so he wouldn't put it on :)

Other than that, the first person motorcycle riding is my new favorite thing to do :bowdown:

Frame rate preservation is what comes to my mind.

The Mirror are now as OUTRAGED by the SHOCKING DISTURBING filth that is GTAV as the Daily Mail were. They explain (with a video to help) how to use adult services in FPV before recovering one's money. I for one am glad that the Mirror stand erect once more as a bastion of public decency.

What's more, if you get bored of that article you can scroll down and read one about how GTAV is likely to cause moral panic, and then an article about how good it is.

If that's too challenging "readers" can simply look at "Suki", the Hump Day Treat.

Finally got my ps4 copy, and I'm really surprised at how much better it looks over the ps3 version. Only did a couple missions, then just started driving around, checking stuff out.
 
Unlocked Trevor last night. I'd forgotten how much of a blast his introduction was. Went to the thrift store to buy the pale blue suit I dressed him up in before. Just need to get his hair and beard back to what it was. He looks like a comedy idiot who'll absolutely ruin you when you play the missions.

I've ordered a couple things from them with free shipping that arrived next day since it came from their Phoenix warehouse. 👍
 
Don't know if you guys have seen it yet, but apparently, there is a new money glitch in single player. So far, it apparently happens after Fame or Shame, Dead Man Walking & another before both of these. But, people are saying it should work after various other missions. It's not patched (yet), & seems to be a good alternative to the Lester Missions; people have been noticing that the profits have been cut dramatically.
