I was thinking of wipping up a pic with my 5 Turbo.
 
Dave is driving a megane, if my renault memory serves me correctly.

I like that shot, but seems a bit too dark. Make sure to adjust the lighting after applying the vignetting. Unless a bit darker was your goal
 
Well, after I did it, it was incredibly dark, so I adjusted the levels again, but it just looked too bright in the middle and I didn't know how to fix it, so I just left it like that.
 
I was thinking, if I still had the game, about doing a shot with the 5 Turbo rally car outdoing a new Lancer car or Impreza car. you know, the old dog still capable of taking down the new horses.
 
i might do the station wagon/van thing.

The Clio V6 is the only car tht doesnt suck.... lol

Will this be acceptable as its a HDR of 3 exposures? I have read the rules but I'm unsure still.
I'm not to bothered if it is unacceptable as I have a few other pics I could use.

I think you can only use one Picture. I doubt HDR is acceptable in terms of 2.0 , just like Photo Merge (has suzq wanted to do), has HDR is a photo merging itself (merging more than one photograph in one).

I really wouldn't put it past him to be done it days ago, and then enter it 1 day before the deadline to make everyone crap their drawers out of nowhere.

Eh Bram? hehe.

In all honesty though, you just blew the doors off of this comp. and there have been some sweet shots in this week. (the Clio @ Laguna, and NTX's come to mind)

I made it yesterday, I really wanted to give the Clio a try as I've been wanting it for longer, but I never got around to do it with all those zoom blurs hehe... There are still a lot of issues with my entry though; I forgot to smooth out the shape of the rear wing, so it's still textured and blocky. I think I went way oerboard with those screw thingies on the bodypanels, and the reflections in general at the front could be improved, but those were difficult to work with so I didn't care :p

It's also the first time I'm using a fade out zoom blur so I'm very sure that there are some flaws there as well... Oh well, at least I got around to get a decent reflection on the side window, that only took my 15 minutes to get right... Oh and, pen toll + wheel arches = WIN. I LOVE the pen tool 👍
