None of the 'new' car additions in this update came with the 'new' tag as they usually do... for me at least. did anyone else notice it?.

The tag was present for GT League events and the Fuji scapes.
None of the new cars showed up as "new". However, the cars from last udate still showed as new.

I haven't clicked on the 300ZX or BMW. Mind you, I also restarted my game a few days ago.

"The Passion of Doctor Wankel"

Was it their intention to have the event sound like an erotic movie from the seventies?

Kinky. ;)

The 787B's sound has been changed.

This time it's not just high-pitched. It's been CHANGED.

After my earlier posts I switched off my PS4 for a few hours rest. Just now I've switched back on and all of the new additions now have the 'new' tag. :boggled:

I noticed in GT League (beginner Stars & Stripes) I was matched with some "Gr.3 Road cars" (Mustang and Corvette). I don't think they were amongst the opponents before.

The mandatory slow down zones that were shown during the World Tour event this past weekend.

I think they're referring to the new yellow markers and auto slow down zones, as shown in the Red bull ring event just gone.

Mandatory??? So that means what?? Speed limit on those zones or simply must apply the brakes?? How does it works??

On the tracks used for the World Tour races over the weekend, there were 2 zones on the track defined by black and yellow markers at the side of the track.

If you had a time penalty applied, as soon as you entered the first zone after receiving the time penalty, your car appeared to automatically slow down, ghost and run the time down, before accelerating away.

No more running the penalty to the end of the race, or choosing random places on a track to run down the time at your own will.

The system now dictates when, where and how your timed penalty is dissipated.
