GT4 available in Tescos - uk already???

Well, I called at my local 24 hour Tesco superstore earlier and they didn't have it on sale

I don't have to either. As a matter of fact, I just got done playing CS: Source and the dvd is in its cover for months already.

Well, I'm gonna go back to playing GT3, kip and set up a report of tesco/asda/wh smith shops in bromley/croydon/beckenham/etc with GT4 tomorrow

Edit - DoD:S is still in beta, they haven't made the player/weapon models and skins and have alot to do. (We still don't have all the models/skins in CS: Source )

If you used Gameplay yes you will have it tomorrow unless Royal Mail stuff it up, I have ordered games many times on next day delivery and had that message but got it the day before release, however this time I went first class so I should get it Wednesday, but im in no hurry though as I have to wait upto 10 days for my gamepod and DFP, I dont wanna start the licenses or anything till I get it.

you getting a gamepod eh?? i got one a few months ago, well worth the money, and the dfp is just brilliant.....10 days ..painfull.

My Gameplay account says the GT4 transaction is complete. As Jonno says, unless Royal Mail screw something up (a distinct possibility unfortunately) it should be here tomorrow (*edit* Just noticed time, make that today ). I reckon they could be the best bet as you will save so much hassle by not having to trek round loads of shops.

also is this a good or bad thing? soon could mean 3 days

Those of you who pre-ordered there copy of GT4 from 'Game' maybe interested to hear this....My brother (who pre-ordered a copy from the store a while ago) received a phone call from 'Game' this morning, saying that if he wants, he can bring in any PS2 game, as long as it isnt a Football or Rugby game, in exchange for GT4 for only 99p!!! Now is that a good deal or what!

I said I'd give him 'Metal Gear Solid 2' to take in, that game really does suck

On I side note, I also just ordered a Gamepod game stand. They said it should take 2-3 days to arrive. In the mean time I have no idea what I'm going to mount my DFP on 💡

I really enjoyed MGS2... out of my collection of PS2 games I'd trade in my Medal of Honor game. Games like that don't work with a controller anyway.

Yeah I might be waiting 10 days, it might be 3 days I may even have the gamepod on wednesday I just dont know.

hmm any idea how much i'll get for GTA : Vice city (boxed but no instructions), GT3 (boxed with instructions) + GT concept (boxed, no instructions) ??

also..do they check games work when you trade them in ?
they dont look too badly scratched but GT3 def had problems (as I had to get another copy)

I dont think they test the games, but they will most likely look at the disc for scratches and what not, and you will most deffinately get more for you game if it has intructions and origional case etc.

Not enough to make it worth selling that stuff, new the gta double pack is 30 bucks... so you might get 12.50 for both of those, and another 7.50 for the concept which will make a total of 20 bucks.... you'd better keep it.

When Amazon say 'dispatching soon' it could mean anything. I have had orders from Amazon change from dispatching soon to dispatched in an hour, other times 3 days.

It doesn't matter. If you want it on the 9th and your Amazon order hasn't arrived pop along to Game, Woolies etc and buy it. Then send the Amazon one back when it arrives for a full refund.

Hi all,

Went to TESCO last night in Abingdon, Oxford, UK and do not remember seeing it (to be honest I was not looking).

Anyway this morning the postman delivered my copy!!!! from Gameplay. The problem is I had to go to work

I booked Wed & Thurs off to play GT4, did not think I would have it on Tuesday. So I have to wait until 6pm to play I am not going to get much work done today.

Go into the bank where you opened it with some ID - something with your name and address, tell them you dont have your card or pin yet and they should give you the money, please note though they will not let you empty your account as almost all banks want you to have at least £1 in the account.
