I recently found out my car settings are not being saved from race to race, I set up the Cobra ran a set of races. Saved the game, went back later to run the little Cobra elsewhere and the settings went back to default, anybody else experience these symptoms? 👎

Yes, I had that, but only with the NOS settings, I set the NOS to 70 for one track, after racing that I went to the next track, checked my settings and found that the NOS was (re)set to 50! Weird...

have u made sure that you select the "ok" button after u change a setting? if you press the triangle button it doesn't save your change.

that chicane lost me many a race when i was a beginner

Yeah that bit of track was mint, I remember catching the return on the body roll of the car and flicking it round, greart stuff!

Those were my two favorite tracks from GT1 and 2. They took me forever to get right and then they weren't on GT3 or 4. So dissapointed. Especially about Pikes Peak.

There are people done it. Speak about myself, I have only 72 golds and I gave up or maybe when i have nothing to do i will keep trying.

According to all the threads I've read, and according to the GT4 Guide Book I've got, yes - the only way to get that car is Gold all the S license tests...

I don't think you have to gold every license - just the S...

<sigh> I know my gold level is low at the moment, but I'm working my way through the tests getting all bronze, then all silver, then gold - I've accidently hit gold a couple times though, not gonna complain though, just ones I don't have to do later! 👍

Hey guy, new to the board, definetly not to the series. i have been known to fire up gt2 once in a while when lusting for some of those unique cars you wish made it into 4...
anywho...
1 is there a way to use your GT mode cars in arcade mode?
2 screen shots show head to head racing on the les vegas track. again, do you know how to do this? its not on the track list in arcade mode.

do you need to gold the coffe breaks as well or just the actual licence tests?
I haven't been into the licence centre bit for a while but i remember being really frustrated by some of the coffe breaks.
my driving has improved heaps since then (all missions completed) but i think if i have to gold those coffe breaks I will kick my ps2 out the front door! (i have to have it on the floor so the controller lead reaches the couch)
