haha saw my old posts there now as well ... when I was still young ... haha, feels like 10 years back ! haha that's so cool, check the amount of racers we used to race against ! I was competing in Div. 3 with like 4 people haha.

Nice.. after a few laps and some minor tuning (gearing, mostly), I'm at..

T1: 25.127
T2: 1'07.509

Exiting the twisty bits into the tunnel uphill, my speed is very slow and my technique very poor for the left-right-left ahead, so know there is time to be made here. Thanks for posting your splits. 👍
 
WOOO HOOOO MY Favorite track!

The only sham is that I am going to Indy this week for the US Gran Prix. I may have to slip my PS2 in the bag just incase the people I am staying with happen to have a tv in the guest room.

Man I really dont feel like working from 10 to 5 now :yuck:

Im defiantly in for the team comp!

Hey, CFM, can we get any idea on how the teams will be formed? I'm assuming that drivers w/similar times will be grouped together? Is this a pretty accurate assumption?

Hi SRD, no I think it's more a Team Event where say a fast D1 person will team up with a Div. 3 person and so on ... to even it out ... that's how I understand it.

The teams will be formed without regard to division, so Div.1 drivers could be teamed up with Div.3'ers. I don't know if I'm going to reveal how the teams will be formed yet, as I don't want it to affect the results. The bottom line is, you want to submit your best effort this week or it could come back to haunt you.:)

I don't have anything in sim mode.

I've been filling up my arcade mode and using the cars of value in my garage as "chips" to trade and get more cars for.

Filled up my arcade mode with nearly every car in the game, but also got rid of just about every race car in my garage.

I will not spend the 500,000cr for purchasing and tuning a car I already have in arc mode.

Maybe I will be able to get my old game save my second mem card and from there compete in this.

Even though I'm no fan of cote, I still think this race has fun, fun, fun, writen all over it. 👍

It's just a matter of "can I get my stuff together so I can race in this or not"? :lol:

We will find out soon enough.
(and damn I'm getting tired of using this rediculus xport) :mad: :lol:

If you don't, it only takes about 10 minutes to make 300K in that special conditions race (Second one down on the list, at Costa di Amalfi), so it's not that hard to get the money. Less than 20 minutes to get 600 grand.

Thank God!!!! I have about 600 grand in TOTAL, was dreading having to spend it all, lol. Off i go to get easy money. Thx for the tip 👍

Gotta love this track, im pants attuning though so any tips welcome :sly:

Or if you DO have a fairly decent german car, you could go pwn the computer in the Deutsch Tourenwagen Meisterschaft. You get 15k per race, 75k for the championship, and a 700k car to top it all off! Not only that, the computer cars are really easy to beat for full-race cars, and there are only 5 races!

you can buy this car. its at the bargain price of 450,00 credits + tune ups.
on a happier note tho, you can have it in orange, blue or (i'm sure CFM was thinking of koly) purple!! yeay!!! :dopey:

i also bought mine matching blue rims! ssswwweeeeeettt! 👍

Yay S2000s. I've been wanting to race one but haven't had a reason to. To bad it's at Cote.... *shudders* My arch enemy from GT3. *shakes fist* I WILL master this track... I hope.
