If I recall, in the leaderboard, if you hit one of the triggers, it will shift over to just your times, but don't hold me to that.

Just checked...
Man If I see you I will kill you! :)))
You understand me wrong!I don't mean "best lap time" on current track.I mean where I can see my top lap times on track? In Forza 2 when I choose a track there is a "Top-10 times", showing all the times and car.Where it is in Forza 3?AND WHY @$@$ I NEED TO SEARCH IT???
Who call this a "game"???

Hey, hey...I don't want to have my bodyguards on...guard. :sly:

To be perfectly honest, I've never even noticed you couldn't see your top lap times. I would check for you myself but I can't. I really don't even know if you can or can't....the most I've looked into were the leaderboards.

Simply put T10 appear more in touch with western car culture, they also understand the importance of community interaction.

As an example T10 will sacrafice graphical detail for authentic engine sounds, as someone who finds it terribly dull to see race car sat silently in a museum, as opposed to roaring around a race track, I back T10's vision.

As I wrote before. To access leaderboard you need to connect to the internet. What if i don't.(error: you must connect etc...)

Uhhhh. It's "HOT LAP" mode. What can be more important than your time...

FINALLY !!! For the first time since i signed on to GTP,
i found A post from Seismica that i can counter-argue!

 I do get things wrong from time to time.

Since When TOyota has been making Peugeot-Citroens ... ???
I don't think ever for a matter of fact.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TPCA

It's a Joint venture :) So i guess technically Toyota aren't making them... I was just wondering why someone said Nissan were making French cars, when there was a clear example of Toyota making French cars. After all, the design was a joint venture, so Toyota played a part in creating the C1 and the 107.

I'm so angry because you force me to turn on this noisy vacuum cleaner while my mom sleeping :))))) if you have an XCRAP you know that is a not good idea!

Just joking - all right man! ;)

hahaha. My 360 is louder than my vacuum.

One of my PC's fans are louder than both.

I even don't asking why there is no qualify in a RACING GAME...

I don't think you realize that a "Hot Lap" isn't about any form of competition.

Man it's a Best-possible competition - competition with yourself.

(And if it's not why timer even exist? And why it's different from ALL other racing games?Even from Forza 2?.
But I know the answer - Top Times without internet is not definitive, and quality before race not definitive too.)

Either way, as for your problem of seeing all of your lap times, you can't. The game only show you your fastest laps in each class. There is no, "My Top 10 laps" like there was in FM2.

Same, I love my DELTA fans.......

I've got a Scythe Ultra Kaze.

Wow. We're talking about fans now. Awesome.

Where the hell is this game?

Sony or PD really killed all the hype for this game.

Thanks for clearing things!
But Isn't it stupid? What if i want to compare different cars in one class before buying? It's horrible game.Again and again starting the game with hope like "maybe it's a good game, maybe i miss something?" - and then game talks for itself.Who even call it a "game"?.Bunch of features for me...

When they are planing to release it there will be a lot of commercials showing in the end the release date as usual. GT5 will not be released soon because of other upcoming megahits like God Of War.

This definitive game has no qualify before race.If your car better - your place first on grid. And this is ****.

Someone else not playing the game correctly and then claiming the game is bad because they don't know how to use it properly. It's quite easy to set up qualifying. You just set the lobby options to the amount of time/laps you want quali to last for, set the winning condition to fastest lap, run the quali, that will award points to each racer in terms of their fastest lap. Set up the next race to whatever time/laps you want, set grid order as lobby points and start the race. The race will then begin in the order people qualified. Simples.

Where it really matters, in Multiplayer, it's true that a bespoke Qualifying mode would be welcome,
However, you just setup a 2 lap race, no collisions, best time wins, you all then do your 2 laps (or more if you set it up that way), your finishing order can then be used for the actual race, since MP options are so prolific.

So although it's not called qualifying, you can easily perform qualification, problem almost solved..

I would agree and lets hope GT5 has a full qually mode and the other support required for organised racing, it will surely be very welcome in the community..

[edit] Opps, Slim beat me to it!..

Looking at the race organiser type deal going on with the extra PS3 at the live TT finals, I think most forum racing teams will seriously dig GT5 if it turns out to cater for the organised racing in this way!

Are you on about career mode?

lol

YES!I'm asking of career mode!

(Look for the post #175 - where it all comes from.I'm talking about XBOX that has NOT connected to internet)

Ah I see. What's the point in having a console if it's not connected to the internet? And the AI in FM3 is not really fast enough to warrant qualifying, I would rather have to work through the pack than qualify in first and streak away into the distance never to see the AI again. I think most career modes are that tedious that the thought of having to qualify for every race would dissuade me from even wanting to give it a go to be honest. But yeah, for those who want it, it would have been good to include it.
