Bad comparison. They announced a release date. Twice. It's bad business practice in the software trade to announce a date and then announce a postponement less than 24 hours before the originally announced release. You don't see Apple doing stuff like that, do you?
 
AND a 24hrs of tsukuba event exclusively for nissan gtr's

I'm trying not to angry, because it's honestly not a big deal, but this is still frustrating. Especially since the DLC is already on my playstation, but they just won't let me pay to unlock it, which seems so counter-intuitive. That's the part that bugs me most, is that it's sitting in my living room but I can't get to it. Oh well, maybe some nice EU folks will let me race on spa.
 
Cheer up guys, you must have SOME Euro and Aussie friends to race on Spa with.
 
:boggled: I was skeptical on whether or not I was even going to give them the 12 bucks for their BSDLC, but after hearing this, they can 🤬 off. Way to go assholes.

How are you sure that it will work? Its a rumor so far. Hopefully its true and everyone on the lobby can access the track.

Ok, if there's some sort of issue, why the hell can't it be fixed in a day or so? WTF takes 168 HOURS to fix?

I could understand 12hrs, or 24hr delay.. but a freaking entire WEEK? That's just total lazy incompetence and just plain not giving a **** about your customer. It's that or they're deliberately trying to piss off and annoy their customers.

👍 "less than 24hrs before the release date"

...and no explanation why, and only via twitter, not even on the main site. Just a comedy of errors, not very professional at all.

I want it to be the test course, but reading the posts I'm guessing its the international signature edition cars. That presumably would actually take time to add, and would help sell the most expensive part of the DLC (Car pack). The other countries really couldn't complain, since they already had a chance to buy them.

Why they wouldn't just release this now, then add the signature edition cars as a additional DLC later, I don't know.

The bonus better be, to download the DLC for FREE !!! haha

its great for once that Aus gets something before the US... trust me... i know how you guys feel... living in Aus you just get used to being behind everyone else when it comes to release dates for EVERYTHING...
 
Well damn they just lost my purchase, I was gonna buy it to keep me entertained until Battlefield 3 came out... Guess not haha.

I agree it's probably not PD. I imagine the SCEA brass isn't thrilled either. Perhaps to the point of handing out a pink slip or two.

Well guys, I don't know what I'm more excited for:
-Getting my gtx 580 from RMA
-Getting the go ahead from Antec to RMA my psu
-FINALLY getting my HP Touchpad (ordered back in Aug 24) this friday
-PD's Oct 25 DLC content with "SPESHUL BOWNUS"


Come to think of it, what if its S.Vettel's F1 car? That would sick SIIIICK!!!
