Since Sony decided not to announce the new release date before October's end like they promised they would... I suspect they'll either have it announced tomorrow, or at the SEMA GT Award winner party.

Safe bets?

"Soul on delay, one more emotion."

We need Tom Hanks now, he can decipher that! :-D

Sorry if I'm going off your topic, but on the official Gran Turismo site it says the release date is November. Now, unlike other posts from people who are getting placeholder dates from stores, this is on the official site. So do we pass this off? I assumw so, but there is also a period after it, then a commar. http://eu.gran-turismo.com/gb/products/
(The GT5 release date).

Some of you may remember me spotting three new Super GT Cars in the Red Bull TGS Trailer and someone doubted my finds (or at least questioned them.) Well, I think one of the pre-order cars may have just confirmed my finding. Take a look at the Stealth NSX:

Notice that the car has a much different aero package both at the front and back, which is from 2008 compared to the other NSXs previously seen from the 2009 E3 trailer (all of which were from 2006).

Based on the fact that the Stealth GT-R, Audi R10 and Mazda 787B are all essentially repaints of race cars already in the game, I think this car here pretty much confirms the presence of both the 2008 Epson NSX and even the 2008 ARTA NSX.

I wouldn't doubt the 2008 models are in it. I donno if the 2009 models will be. The 2009 models don't have the canards on the front. I really hope the HSV makes an appearance.

I'll be downloading it. I don't really expect anything interesting to be said by MCR. But it looks like they're going to be showing glimpses of the actual game intro in the feature so that should be interesting.

I don't share your enthusiasm Snake.
November 2nd and scouring a video for some glimpses of an intro movie doesn't cut it for me anymore.

Not having ago at you in anyway. Your posts are actually very informative.

Theories are treacherous and deceiving things.
I feel like my life is wasting away coming to these forums hoping for news day after day after day after day...

I think the same. :indiff:

Am i totally insane or did we even get something last GT tuesday?

Turismo Tuesday's got delayed.

How appropriate.

game.co.uk now have 2011 as the release date.
but they have the signature still at 12/2010, but i'm guessing they forgot to update that...

?????????????????????? :nervous:

The European GT site never really updated for the delay aside from the removing the November 3rd date from the front page. But the November date was there even before the delay. So I wouldn't read much into it.

I feel like they should not have a date there at all so ppl like me wont get my hopes up like i did already.

It's a place holder date and means nothing so I wouldn't read anything in to it. ShopTo's date is 3/12/10 and Play and Amazon have date TBC. Until a specific date is announced by Sony there isn't a new release date, it's been said before but it's worth bearing in mind.
