In the USA they always have some Call of Duty advertisement on some Monday night football games and NBA games

More people watch Football(non NFL) and F1 than any other sport besides the Super Bowl. I think in 2008 when Lewis Hamilton won the championship in Brazil, it was the 2nd most watched sporting event in the world besides the Super Bowl. Of course when the World Cup is on, that's super popular on television as well.

It depends,is supposed that top gear have 20'000.000 viewers only on GB,and 300'000.000 worldwide so ,those figures just goes for the European public,F1 is watched in other continents like Asia and India.

Seriously, what does M&M's have to do with NASCAR? or Beer with any sport for that matter, but they still advert it, it pays the bills, and i think sports teams arent THAT picky about who picks up some of the tab.

that is a different type of advertising,
those company's sponsor cars in Nascar because most watchers are men drinking beer eating snack's (m&m's) whilst watching the race!. And afterwards when they need DIY items they will go to home depot for them.
Its called targeted advertising, truth is in the u.k more people watch the X factor over a footy match so if gt5 were to run a tv campaign it would do it in shows with consistently large viewing figures or car related shows and races . A football match wouldn't be top of the list.
 
I doubt it'll be the first thing they announce. It might be at least another hour or two after that. I fully expect to see the date posted on here when I wake up tomorrow morning before 5am.

Well if that's the case I'll be hoping for some news in the morning. I can't force myself to stay up till 4 or 5am where I am.

Well Iam starting to study next year so I enyoj this FREE time 100% :)

And yeah, I hope GT5 comes BEFORE I start school(again).

Wouldnt matter all that much who won, because int he AUTOWEEK interview Kaz "confirmed' that the SEMA 2010 winner will NOT be in GT5.

Yeha its kind of a GT limbo, if everything went according to plan most of us would be raving about our new discoveries pleasant surprises and overall enthusiasm for finally getting our hands on this "mythical creature".

But out of nowhere in almost a whisper, it was taken away and set back until only a few heads know when....
