Well, in MY GT5P disk it's written:

"Manufacturers, cars, names, brands and associated imagery featured in this game is some cases include trademarks and/or copyrighted materials of their respective owners."

There is no Ferrari disclaimer.
 
Is there any games out just now for PS3 that have 3D built into them, with the logo on the disk?

seriously? Let's just pretend for a minute that it's a fake (I think it's real).

You don't think someone who can make a fake that is that incredibly good would have considered this? Obviously it's a different PD logo.

If you take the time to fake something that well, you're not gonna miss something as obvious as this.

It depends, it's white or purple. It's white on GT5:P's disk but purple on the cover of the UK version.

Why does it need the GT Logo?! It has GRAN TURISMO 5 plastered across the top.

And the two lines on the right are actually a form of Gran Turismo trademark, so it does have the GT logo on it, just not the usual one.

You guys need to lighten up and have a little more hope & positivity. You've seen one picture and because it doesn't have a 3D logo its suddenly fake. It is of a very high standard. To make this would take a good amount of PS skills etc, and the guy isn't on any websites like Deviantart etc, just stop being so negative and wait and see.

Every single GT game from the original to the PSP version has that logo on the disc.

Yeah, that was just pointed out to me at NeoGAF. And it's strange that the US version of GT5P didn't have the logo as my Japanese version does have it.
 
3D is on the box but not the disk for Eyepets.

I really want it to be real.To me it doesn't look completely fake, if it is then it is very well done.
 
I'm amazed, almost every arguement against the disc has been pretty much shot down.
 
The guy should be posting more proof in the next few hours so we should know for sure if it's legit or not when that happens.
