Agree, let's keep it to news and spoiler free speculation.

Spoilers? It's a car racing game that has cars in it. All of the cars we've seen you can view right off the bat.
It's like going to see the movie Titanic and being surprised when the boat sinks.

I imagine that the F2007 is more expensive because it was built under the old Concord Agreement. The new agreement has cost savings built in, so the F10 was cheaper to build in real life.

Yeah, I forgot the "cost saving" fact... Wonder if they included some other F1 cars from the past (Maybe Senna's McLaren or Lotus in the glorious period)

WU8
Needs moar 333 SP

That was one I forgot... yes the 333SP is an iconic racing Ferrari...

This is just a personal view..

but I couldnt care less about a VW camper van, that will be so slow you could make coffee and still make it round a lap of the ring without hitting the barrier. ( and it is a van, not a car )

And I couldnt care too much about " some " of the cars PD have decided would be good fun to drive.. look at the Subaru garage for example and that pathetic little excuse for a car whatever its called.

Im not saying I want all performance cars, and they must all be Ferrari / Lamborghini..

But to me there are so many cars that are icons that haven't even been considerd, It just happens that Ferrari & Lamborghini created a number of them.

It also strikes me that PD have gained a very much awaited licence, and then havent really done it the justice it deserves.
Much in the same way Bleackbean have with the new WRC title, they have the official licence, but have not recreated a true representation of what WRC is.

Why posess such a title if your not going to make full use of it. Eutchenix ( or however you spell it ) did create Ferrari Challenge, which if any of you have played was a pretty poor attempt at a recreation of the Ferrari brand.

I would have hoped PD being known for their attention to detail , and precision and faithfull recreation would have made more of such a long awaited brand.

anyways... thats just my view on it all and i'm sure alot of you will disagree.

well i do hope all this finishes soon as Sony is keeping the productivity down all over the world. we need the game released to stop refreshing the game and keep the productivity down by playing it :)

I really hope that they have included Lancia Delta S4, Ford RS 200, Stratos and other 80' rally car, I just love them. In GT4 I've done more than 10.000 Km driving the Delta S4...

ah the roar of the mighty group b monsters, look foward to thier return in gt5 :D

The F2007 is more expensive because Schumacher was a better driver then, now you have to deal with the F10's inflated self worth and constant erratic rage

Schumacher retired in 2006. F2007 was driven by Massa & Raikkonen. Raikkonen won first WDC with this car.

Edit: Sorry, skipped a few pages and only now saw someone already mentioned this.

me too!! that's why i was thinking about rallycars 💡

Would be really nice if they included Pikes Peak Hill Climb track... That would be awesome! Imagine to climb this monster track with your own-made car... That would be fantastic. If they didn't included that, I would try to build a track similar to the Hill Climb with the Course Maker for sure :sly:

Says the guy from 2003 :P

----------------

BTW, that SP... But ugly car. How did they manage to take a pretty 360 and turn it into that ugly monster?

I have to agree, the SP isn't very attractive. Would've been nice to have the 550M instead of that.

I'm going to end this wheel discussion once and for all...

I'll be back in 2 hours or so with an answer.

I really don't care if the Veyron is in GT5. I'd prefer not. Noobs will use that car like the Escudo or 3000GT (GTO) which also had like 1,100hp fully modified.

Turns out that it was true that fingerhut.com was selling the CE yesterday, for $135!! I sent them a message to make sure they had it and they responded saying they did, but it's sold out now.

I didnt order it for that price anyway, but its definitely not just a handful of people that have the game now, many people do, its just amazing though that this is happening all without a release date. Never seen this before.

Waaaaah I don't know much and think aftermarket rims are only for looks!

you are absolutely right, 95% of aftermarket wheels add some looks but do harm the performance of the car. so bigger wheels do not mean better car.

That would be awesome, but I think the track length is limited to around 10km apparently? can someone confirm this?

Completely untrue.

If this was the case all Race cars would drive on standard steel wheels.

Wheels and tyres can promote alot of benefits to a cars overall performance.

Me too. They gonna be spamed with request now. That will learn them from posting stupidity over the internet.
I just looked up, they have a shop 1 hour away from me. If that's true, i will call in sick tomorrow ;)

Double 👍👍

Actually, I would prefer people use the Veyron. It'll make it that much easier to race online.
