Just thought I'd post this, I called my gamestop just out of curiosity to see what they were doing for gran turismo now that the date has changed. I was like hey I've got a quick question, I preordered the CE of GT5 and I was wondering if you guys were doing a midnight release on the 23rd since its release is the 24th of november, she was like umm... I've heard nothing about that? I said well both the GAMESTOP site have been updated to the 24th, and the official GT5 site says the 24th, shes like umm... we still have a street date of 1/1/11? I said well... it's been changed. She's like "well I haven't received any info on it"

That just made me chuckle a little bit, if one gamestop is doing a midnight release (from what someone said in the other post) then I'd be sure they'd all be doing it, right?

I have had that page open for a good 45 minutes, it said F40 '94 Standard, I just refreshed it and it had changed to F40 '92 Premium. It must have been a mistake and they changed it. Here's hoping they have also made a mistake with the DC2 Integra being standard too!

I'm glad it was the changes on the fly option, because I was beginning to think that everyone was taking crazy pills. I guess we will have to keep refreshing the page and witness the changes.

but nothing new for my CE preorderd on amazon.de on october 4th.
(not even a new email) last email from november 5th says..

"Gran Turismo 5 - Collector's Edition"

Maybe PD had to remove it from the game because of that "legal problem" with Siena flags.
 
Valencia "Ricardo Tormo" circuit is missing from the track list. This circuit is included ion GTPSP. I think that track list is not complete. the y said all the cars and circuits from GTPSP will be on GT5.

Hope that Seattle will make it.

Indeed not hard - the first! Classical car! :)

Not a beautiful car anyway, I will much more enjoy driving the samba bus through the Eiger :)

Same here I have had my fill of the FXX in Forza. I have never really liked it that much. The VW on the other hand is a really cool addition that you are unlikely to find in any other game. I used to drive one of these when I was a teen. I think it would be cool to race them for a change of pace.

I am completely satisfied with the carlist. It's great too have THAT many cars to choose from. Maybe the selection of the premiums is a bit quenstionable, but I am okay with that.
Only thing that bugs me is there's no McLaren F1 LM. But you can't have everything.

I am surprised by the decision not to make the Veyron premium. It's not that I care much, because I think it's an ugly car, but I'm still surprised.

Why did they make the supra 87 as premium then? And some other useless cars as premiums?

You know what you might have a chance big guy 👍 they have the F40 as standard which is obviously not true because we saw it in the video. so your supra might be premium. Do you have a PS3 and GT5P?

The supra turbo A is listed as a standard but should be a premium.

Still no Morris 1000, Austin 7, Citroen DS, Bugatti Type 57, Bugatti EB110, Ferrari Dino, Maserati Bora, Maserati Merak, Renault Espace, Fiat X1/9, Lancia Monte Carlo, Reliant Robin, Trabant, Toyota Land Cruiser, Lada Riva, Marcos Mantula, Jaguar Xj12, Ford Capri, Ford Fiesta, Alpine GTA, Citroen AMI 8, Citroen BX, SAAB 96, Opel Manta GTE, I could carry on all day but i really cant be bothered, it really baffles me why we have all these Nissan Skylines and Honda s2000's and Mazda MX5's and non of the cars i listed above, Sorry if some of the already listed cars are actually in the game

Sadly, I think you are correct. What's funny though is that there are 2 Premium DC5's, both are 2004 models, the only difference is one is marked RM and the other isn't. Surely RM couldn't stand for "Racing Modifications" that are available for cars in the game, so I'm wondering what the difference between the two are?
 
Is it me or did the Supra RZ mkIV and DC2 integra really got shafted to the point of tactical facepalm
 
If there is something to whine about, take look at the amount of cars that have RM written behind them. I assume that it means Racing Modification.. Yeah, not too many of those.
 
I'm pretty happy with the car list. The track list, however, lacks several urban tracks that I used to love, New York, Seoul, Seattle, Paris... Oh well, maybe they'll release them as DLC. Either way it's going to be a great game.

A small chance there are further tracks in the game altough they 're not in the list...

I think Bugatti did not let them crawl around the interior for a day. No interior, no premium car.

I tend to think that the exterior will be pretty similar to a Premium car.

The Ford Capri is an epic Ford car really, to bad they didnt want to include it ingame. Telling you brothers, we have been fooled all the way, or we had to big expertations, since we compared PD with other developers, like Turn 10.
