Lambo SV, Ferrari P4, Zonda R, Corvette Zr1, Ferrari F10, Skyline Spec V.

Will all gladly suffice!

FXX, Bugatti SS, and Honda HSV is all thats left for me.

I'm going to start to build up my race setup. Maybe I will buy a G27. I'm now using the GT wheel. Does anyone now some kind of frame ? I have a pair of racing seats , but no frame. I don't want to buy another racing seat. Any suggestions ?

GRID has actually day/night transition :p

So did Le Mans 24 hours (a PS2 game mind you ;)) so what's your point? Also, GT5 has Day-to-night Transition as well.

lol! Obviously never played the early NFS games!

Ikr, every starter car in NFSU2 was a normal everyday car; they even added a British favourite, the Vauxhall Corsa :') And they still had normal cars; VW Golf, Audi A3, Pontiac GTO (new), Hyundai Coupé/Tiburon/Tuscani, Nissan Sentra, Nissan 240SX, Toyota Celica, and it even had SUVs

EDIT: Also had a Peugeot 106 ^-^ And a Mazda MX5 :') Awesome car choice, I would be happy with the modern day equivalents of all these cars :D

Wow, you're absolutely correct. I guess I have to lay off of the good stuff:sly::sly::sly::sly::sly:. I completely goofed.
Ha ha, its no problem. I have been doing the same thing a lot. I have had the same thing on my mind for months, and it isn't making my perception of time good.

And no need to lay off the "good stuff." I'm (probably) right there with you.

I have had some epic relaxing drives on the goods :) Just seamlessly driving through the track with a free mind.

And people say electric cars are slow. Look at all the prominent cars it beat around the test track!

Can't wait to see where it places out of 1000 cars. :) 11 days left, people!

Yes i have Underground/2 was practically only tuners, but NFS nowadays is only mainly super cars. So im glad GT5 has a nice variety of tuners.

NFS has gone back to it roots, which will bring back the fun and excitement of cop chases. GT5 is about the sim experience and to me having the chance to drive a load of new supercars is part of that.

It will be hard to feel the difference between all the Skylines and NSXs. More than 5 is overkill! And that time could have been used sourcing and recreating new cars that only the lucky and rich can drive.

I'm very happy with the earlier than expected date. I guess it was to much to import the 50+ tracks from GT4. Seattle, El Capitain (which I thought we saw GT5 videos for), and Motegi are notable omissions

11 Days of GT4 for me.. pos less if my pre order gets in early ive been promised a phone call an i can pick it up as soon as he has it .. yeeeeeessss

Must say this car list is disappointing to say the least. Way too many Skylines, RX-7s, Miatas, etc. So many glaring oversights for a game that is supposed to be the ultimate driving experience - where are all the Ferraris? Ford Mustang 5.0? Shelby GT-500? Lamborghini Diablo? Mazdaspeed 3? Cadillac CTS-V? Fiat 500 Abarth? Gumpert...Ascari...Radical...Mosler...Koenigsegg...I could keep going all day with how much they overlooked in favor of adding 50 Miatas and 60 Skylines.

I also still don't get the whole Standard / Premium thing. The game was in development for 5 years! How are all the cars not Premium?! Seems like they just ported in the entire GT4 car list, added in a few new cars, and called it a day.

All of this begs the question - what exactly were they doing for 5 years making this game? It better have the most robust career mode ever seen to make up for the padded car list and skimpy track selection.

Yeah so we finaly got ourself a release date. Now.. let's just hope they STICK to it. I just finnished Transformers War for Cybertron. Was much better then expected.. what to do now...

i think it is a bit mystic that there are people saying that gt5 is not big enough if you can drive every circuit in arcade/time trial mode there wil be over 70.000 different choices of car/circuit that is quit many i think.......:)

Wow, the prejudice on this forum is staggering. Please, be my seer and tell me if I will succeed in the coming years. Will I marry a hot chick and get lovely children? A nice house and car would be welcome too. Well?

I really cant see why people are disapointed im as excited as a kid in toysrus whose just been told you can have whatever you like

After seen the content of GT5, I was looking for an racing wheel wich supports PS3 and X360... As I´ve seen so far, only fanatec had a wheel that supports both but it seems like it has problems with the PS3...

I want to play FM3 too after seeing the car and tracklist... Also I need a good wheel because there are way better wheels out there than the DFP :)

Posted in the Test Track thread as well, hope this doesn't get me in trouble here, I just want help making a better list.
