Has it already been asked if we can manually toggle wipers on/off, or is it dynamic weather starting to settle in on the FT-86 on the Nurb video, (4:08 if you were wondering timing) :)
 
I was in Manchester today, and came across something called the playstation house (www.playstationhouse.co.uk for whos interested)
There they have hands on demos for Move and everyone seemed jolly impressed and happy with the glowing wands... then... then I heard a low rumble of engine noises from inside... and there she was GT5 in 3D. I went over the pros and cons in my head, should I just wait for next week to play it? NAH! I jumped in and had a cool chat with the sony rep who told me interesting stuff about killzone 3 and the like, but GT5 in 3D... my word, it was only the old demo (sparkies) but for the F458 around rome and the Tuscana Rally which goes dark and I was blown away... I'm sold on the 3D tv thanks to GT5 and that quick play through!
now I know there will be a bunch of folks saying big deal, they've had that demo out for ages now blah blah blah, but it was still a cool moment, especially as I had no idea it was going to be there!

So anyone heading to Manchester, pop on over to the Playstation stand and have a quick blast to wet the tastebuds :D

yeah some stores in Paris will have it tomorrow (Micromania stores)
And in my little town, it will be saturday morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just saw the seller this afternoon and he confirmed it!

You know why? It's just because specialised stores have enough that some of the major outlets do not respect release dates. In my country, Auchan [one of the biggest supermarket outlet company], sold the last Assassin's Creed before the release date. And then, "little" specialized stores were upset of that and decided to scr*w them up by selling GT5 wayyyyy before the release date!

Really ? I'm french and I could cancel my preorder on amazon if this is true. Do you know what stores exactly in paris will have it ?

I don't think we can do those thing manually, it just the way GT is I guess. From all the video, even headlight can't be turned on when you want to, they're automatic.

Lol! I see, I was under the impression that it means Original Poster. Hence why I said OPs first post. I'm use to posting on the Playstation forum and i'm pretty sure its used like that there. Anyways.....

All the leaked videos seem to be coming from Europe, and they show the driver on the right hand side of the vehicle. Does anybody know if the U.S. version show the driver on the left side?

Almost definitely not, that would require a heavily modified cockpit.
 
Japan is RHD, thats why a lot of the cars in game are RHD.

That's dependent on the car, not where the game is from.
 
I guess the answer to this is known, in so, I am sorry for asking .

I found this nice video from Prologue, showing model detail and the games amazing lighting off and at times it slaps you in the face with realism. The question is which level of detail would this car represent in GT5? Is it a full on premium or a standard or somewhere in between?
