The Veyron sounds pretty poor in that video.
I ordered mine from Amazon and paid for "receive on release day" so I hope it comes early.

Why the effing hell do people care so much about changing rims?

You want to change rims on cars, go learn photoshop ffs and shut the hell up about GT5 and rims. Gah

Depends on if it is brand new and including shipping.Here in the USA you can get new ones from $250-$300 and i have seen some used ones for $180-$200.

If you are in the US wait till the weekend... Logitech will be selling them brand new for under 200$ I got mine 194$ shipped.

rims are cool because it affects your desired style in photo mode even though standards have limited privileges there too. I wonder if the veyron will be a used car? some rare cars in the used lot

I purchased my G27 with a leaked promo code from logitech. I had some problems with my order and I called when I had to redo my order. They said the code I had was leaked a week earlier then it should have been but they would honor my purchase. I ordered on saturday, it shipped on monday I got it on wednesday. Free shipping is included in the deal. If the logitech sales lady was telling me the truth, then the code should be available in a couple of days. Logitech's website is were you would put the promo code in.
 
I'll be getting a G27 for xmas, because I'm pretty sure they'll drop in price before then (here in Australia at least).

The promo code was gdby2009. Not sure if they are going to change it or not. I actually found it in this thread last Saturday, it was taken down later that day. But I got my order in.

Kazunori Yamauchi stated a while ago that not all cars will have race modifications, only the ones we "expect". How many? I don't know, but looking at the official car list, probably 16.

In the list we see that 16 cars have the letters "RM" (Race Modification) mentioned in their name. Proof that RM indeed means Race Modification is the fact that a lot of the cars in the list with RM mentioned in their name, already had a tuned version in GT5P (Cappuccino, Corvette Z06, Elise 111R, etc.) or have been seen recently in video's and pictures (Tuscan Speed 6 and Camaro SS 2010, etc.).

The weird thing about that, though, is that some of the tuned cars in GT5P (Clio Sport V6, Lancer Evolution X) will not have race modifications in GT5 according to the official track list, that is IF the above theory is right about "RM" being race modifications.

My guess: the official track list contains some mistakes. Like for example the Jaguar XFR 2010. The list says it's a standard car, but as far as i know it wasn't in GT4 of PSP. Or am i missing something?

For something THAT big, probably a metric arse load of cash.

If I can buy it for $195 U.S. though, shipping might still work out less than buying it for $430-$450 here...

But then there'll be the problem of the power adapter and what not.
