I've been playing
GT5 for most of the day, here's my short review of things so far
I opted to go into the game first without the optional install, however loading times are reasonable anyway - i will be installing the data soon.
The graphics really are in a class of their own. You cant tell standards from premiums too easily while you're racing, they look just fine.
The sheer amount of different things to do is brilliant and it seems much more fun than GT3/4 which i have played
Licences are easier than previous games which i find a good thing! I play with the dualshock controller and im getting along very nicely ( dont hate on me wheelists! )
Sound is great , all the cars have a different sound to them and the NASCARS and WRC cars definately sound like their real life counterparts
B-Spec is alot of fun for racing fans,however its more involved as you need to keep changing your drivers speed , especially in the short races. There isnt an option to fast forward - unless this comes in the more advanced races
I cant say anything about damage as not alot has happened yet as im only level 10, however in a quick splitscreen race i definately smashed up a friends mclaren!!
Shall be playing online tommorow if i get time.
