Guys... c'mon. It's not GT. Man furismo jive is a dancing game featuring really (and I mean really) hairy Italian men. :(

Five. We get Five (referring to Gran Turismo Five)

But we have M and J still remaining. Well, the M can be turned counter-clockwise (90 degrees) to resemble an "E". Rotate it clockwise (90 degrees) and you have a symbol that resembles a "3"

E3. We get E3.

Remaining is a "J".

J stands for June, the month of E3.

In conclusion, M F J= E3=Gran Turismo 5=June

I guess that's a good solution, but I'm paranoid about carrying expensive things outside the house.

A new PS3 is a good portion of tuition money unfortunately.:grumpy:

^I'm sure if E3 is the release day, then a leak from a Gamestop employee or another game store should have happened prior to the release.

Or a more tasteful Michael J Fox reference might be Back to the future, putting the release back in time from Autumn/Fall to Summer...;)

This is the reason why the release date of GT5 gets pushed back al the time. KY is enjoying all the millions he earned with the previous GT versions. He went from GT to the real deal. I wonder what view he's using? Cockpit view or bumper cam?

You know, I had Parkinson's Disease once. Shook it off in a couple of days.


Aaaanyway. There are as many rumours regarding GT as there are release dates now. I've heard stuff from "the launch of 3DTVs" (which is June 10th/11th - I forget which), launched AT E3, no presence at E3 at all but concentrating on TGS, September, October and Christmas - all from sources not known for making things up and date-waving.

July 15th is about as good a guess as any so far, even if it was arrived at through thought-processes that would mystify the best cryptographer.
 
If SrRd's guess happen to be valid ( GT releasing at E3 ), I will roll on the floor laughing, this is the most weird way to market a new product. :confused:

Seriously, I think that there would be a huge marketing campaign starting from now, if Gran Turismo was planned to release at E3. I can be wrong and frankly, I hope I'm wrong.

It would be a dream to have the game arriving at my home just when I'm still amazed by the news and features shown at E3, totally epic. đź‘Ť
 
So you all complain that it is taking too long to come out and then si there sayng I hope it doesn't come out then, I'm on holiday my brother is leaving for Mars, or I am having a coffee enema!!

No wonder PD don't seem to care when they release it as they will never please everyone (not even everyone on this site let alone the rest of the gameplaying world!!!)

Just chill your beans guys (and girls) it will be here sometime (nearly wrote soon then hehe) and when it comes I'm sure we will all have plenty to say about it good and bad!! All I know is that I want it now but waiting a bit more isn't going to hurt as we have all waited so long so far! I even got to play it at TGS and that hasn't done anything to help the wait!!

Here's to racing you all online when we finally get our copies!!!

Interesting, isn't it, that when the first release date was March 31st, we had new videos, pictures and trailers every few days in February and then, when it was postponed, this stopped.

And on May 12th we had the first new pictures, videos and demo in a while...

One thing I've always thought about, is how cool it would be for a Sony Exec to stand up at their E3 conference and announce GT5 is going gold next week. Or something along those lines.
 
I'm a very optimistic person and since GT5 was delayed from planned Japanese March release I thought June/July would be perfect but after Kevin Butlers thing I'm pretty sure it will be soon after E3 (I know, starting to hate that word myself)...

Every time someone mentioned release date I'm thinking of that really old interview when Kaz said :"even GT5 will release at the same way "laughing" we will do every thing as a surprise."

I know that June/July release would not be surprise for me but it would be for most of you here...

Most of that interview turn out to be not true but hey, that's where optimism kicks in :)

To be honest a late fall release just doesn't make sense anymore, if KB's NEXT project is GT5 and he releases a new video usually once a month, sometimes one every couple months, means that the game would be coming out soon after those videos.

I must say I´m also very optimistic that we get it in June or July but I also must stay pessimistic...

I can´t forget the dissapointment after E3 2009... It was judgement day here on GTPlanet...
