I think he's talking about GTPSP tho?
On this note GT Mode was all nice and good in GT games, but I spent my most time in Arcade mode for time trialing mainly and I find it weird most members here seem to think it had other physics just because of the name, I guess. Well it didn't and I don't understand what's so cool about GT Mode, once I finished the races (except stupidly monotone 24hours Le Sarth), had all cars (that I knew of) I was done with that rather uninteresting part of the game.
A few reasons:
- The news blog is run by a real, live, warm-blooded individual who eats, sleeps, likes weekends, and has other obligations.
- The "statement" you're referring (I'm assuming it's this one) has been talked up in the general press, but I'm not sure how newsworthy it really is.
What were you expecting on PSP? It's a portable gaming format where rapid progress and short sessions are the order of the day. I've only sampled it and what I played was pretty much what I expected.
I don't get it. I guess you're not familiar with this?

Holy cow.
Deja Vu.
This page. This EXACT page right here, I remember reading this page over three months ago.
HOLY STINKIN COW!
It moves around in circles, same opinions on the same subjects counter argued by the same arguments, then it's forgotten and new info brings confusion and the debate starts again with new members added and slowly evolving until we've all dug ourselves deep into our trenches looking for allies.
Only when GT5 is finally released there will be a moment of relief and short-lived peace until the content revealed devides opinion again and we arm ourselves again with keyboards and braincells fuelled by high-octane coffee knowing this will never end, and why should it?![]()
No, I mean I SERIOUSLY read that EXACT same page about 3 months ago. from the two videos posted, to happycoreys "no GT5 is comfirmed for E3" statement.
Serious Deja Vu there.
^^ It happens to me all the time, whatever is the scientifical explanation I just can't buy it, however, I saw an article which discussed a potential forecasting ability, more like using your brain as a powerful deduction tool fed by memories, quite interesting.
On topic, erhh, what was the current topic in this mess?![]()

Really? I figured I was probably one of very few that experienced Deja Vu regularly. I say Deja Vu at least every other day, and my wife always goes "You seem to have Deja Vu a lot, I bet you dream the future. Use your power to win us the lottery."

It really is weird when it happens so often, it makes us think we're special![]()

I think all of us are gifted with minor foresight, which gives us Deja Vu. It's one of the many mysteries of life. But it also highlights how predictable life really is.

Happens to me all the time, nothing to worry about mate.People always say I'm special and then smile and speak very kindly and a little childish about what I created using macaroni, what's that all about?
Nope, you're not alone although having Groundhog Day-syndrom isn't the same as Nostradamus-syndrom whereby you also have the abilty to forecast the future, since you seem to be suffering from the latter, can I ask whether we'll see a release date for GT5 at E3?![]()
I thought you might of been quicker than that Analog ,you should of asked for the release date before E3 .....LOL
You're mistakenly assuming I'm quick, "Wise men said, only fools rush in" to quote The King, slow does it.....![]()

From my experience, the Arcade "physics" were bugged - at least in terms of the tyres for split-screen. 2-player races were a nightmare, since it was impossible to balance the cars against the deficit in tyre grip (I think it was player 2 seemed to have slightly less grip, in identical cars) - it was really annoying, since I'd been an avid fan of split-screen since the original.
