Have there been any details on what determines the number of cars on track?

Max is 16 right? A lot of videos I'm seeing have only 8.

Has there been any info on what determines this? Will it just be different for each race, or does it have to do with something like how many premiums and standards are being shown?

Max is 16. Online will be 16. Some races in GT life may be under 16 due to the specific race or track, but 16 is the max number so no worries.
 
We still don't know if the online is going to split up the premium or standard cars tho. It's going to be an interesting thread when we do find out tho!

Remember this: Cars are never and will never ever be boring. You can't get bored of it, it won't bore you and the concept of boredom is one thing cars are not equipped for. Unless there's something horribly and terribly wrong with the person. Unless of course, the day when all cars become Prius or worse if Audi bought all the car companies in the world which would be like being married to one woman/man for the rest of your life.

Daily Motion has some pretty good adult content. Not that I watch it of course.. I'm a gentleman :sly:. Are you not able to access YouTube in Turkey? That's a bit odd. 👎

I think with the inclusion of Zonda, even in previous editions, GT5 NEEDS Koenigsegg.

I'm keen on discovering some of the gameplay features. Online might be fun, but I am still an old-school bloke who likes his single-player experience.

How will they tie the races together? How much freedom will there be in exploring the game? What about B-Spec Bob? Has he brought his cousins to the party? What kind of career will you be able to do? Is it still only about the money, or will they come up with a more flexible rewards system?

What will I have to do to win the SLS? Will my girlfriend let me keep it?

Really, that's all I'm looking forward to. I'm not worried about any aspect of the driving portion of the game, neither the cars, and I can live with the sounds. You have to draw the line somewhere and the driving experience and the tracks as such are rather spot on.

Go on to the GAME website and all the instructions are there.

Just one thing, I consider pretty good at driving games with my Logitech G27. I am 57th With the Audi R8 around Suzuka East course. (Problem is I am not 18 and do not hold a driving license. But do know how to drive) :|

EDIT: Go-karting was one of my child hobbies and at the age of 12 I won the Dartford tournament and beat 17 year olds :D

In general the competition is in two parts.
You qualify for the final via the game but the 2nd part means the finalists meet and face real driving challenges against each other.

Bit like the "GT Academy" but likely less extreeme.
Oh and of course you need to be 18 and hold a valid licensce.

Am I a sad person because I already got a quote from my insurance company for the SLS? ;)

Thats not too bad actually, my first year on a new 1.6 VW Golf at 17 was very similar.

Then again, where i was living people had a habit of throwing petrol bombs and hijacking cars.

Ha Ha I may be sadder i have sat in the one at my merc dealership (when my car was being serviced) i was sat there for a good hour lol they even started it up for me to hear ( I had to get out though 👎) I held back on getting my photo taken I thought that was a step too far

That is funny. Sounds like what happened to me. Went to the Nissan dealership when I heard they had three GTR's there. I went over there and got to talking to the salesman and believe it or not I got them to start one up for me, but they weren't taking pictures.:) Sad part is that was the only reason I was at the dealership 20 miles away.
