I find it odd that the rain droplets in F1 2010 don't change, except for the 3-4 at the bottom that shake around.

Don't worry about that to much I'm sure it will be great.
If water droplets are the only problem I'm happy.

Finally a track that matches the tempo of the scenery, it actually feels like a video clip for the song :)
If I ever put some music out, I'd probably use GT5 for my video clips :sly:
 
F12010 have certainly nailed one thing right on the head: The light and colour under the overcast sky.

We only ever see GT5 in direct sunlight, which is a BIG shame IMO. Yeah it's pretty, but life isn't all sunshine and lollypops! :P

I prefer the Sunlit look, especially on the ring, compared with all the other games and past GT titles
 
@ CoolColJ - Heh, I actually chose the song. I found that video somewhere on a site but looked and couldn't find it anywhere as a YouTube video so I posted it even though there probably is already one public.

About the F1 matter, I compared both that video and one with the Ferrari formula on GT5P and it's safe to say that even GT5P has better detail on the steering wheel? I should say?

So yeah, we haven't even seen gameplay of the formulas in GT5 nor rain so this discussion is pretty dumb IMO.
 
No F1 2010 should be a great game. And it does look gorgeous in the rain, but dry running isn't so spectacular.

I'm still going to buy it because 1, It has F1 cars and tracks. and 2, It is much more strategic, with tyre management, variable track grip and such like.
 
Just took a look in the german GT Forum (GTRP) after a lohg time and closed the page after 5 minutes...

Everybody is hacking on GT5 and crying and saying that its not good bla bla... german culture... never satisfied... always depressed, looking from the window and hope that the neighbours ball flyes to their garden... so they can call the cops...

So I´m happy that the most GTP members agrees that GT5 will be an epic game...

I don't know what part of the forum you've been in, but this is simply not true. Also, I do not tolerate such stereotypical assumptions.

The stealth cars do have a GT logo on them, as do the chromeline. It's just a thin outline of the logo, not a solid fill.

This is a touch off topic but...does anybody know whether we will be able to save during the 24hour races? I.e. being able to save during a pit stop so we don't have to sit there for 24hours straight doing it.

Yes we do, it's been talked about many times, especially during the Gamescom interviews on the subject of B-Spec.
 
I can't see a mode that encourages children to sit in front of there tv for 24 hours solid going down to well.

I'd imagine a save system.

That was me driving, I know Famine found also the slipstream to exeggeratet, but imo it was much less than in previous iteration of the game and I think you can see that here.
