Why is there only one English version, but the Japanese site has three (as posted in the first post)?

The Suzuki (Japanese car) comes with Japanese text.

The Elise (British car) comes with English text.

The Z4 (German car) comes with German text.

So I guess they just put the one with English text on the English site.
