They just need to add a couple of old school tracks to appease the GT hardcore ... Grand Valley would be most suitable and Midfield always makes for some good racing.

No offence to anyone, but why do most people, given a choice, want road cars. I know these are not your daily driver type cars but still, wouldn't you prefer pure race machines. Driving an Aston DB9 is fun, but who in their right mind would choose it over an DB9R?

I wouldn't mind a rally car... hmmm, Evo anyone??

A date it will be available would be nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well if u remember one of the videos for gt5p they had a 350z racer (assuming for 24hour race?) it went from night to day and the night looked amazing.

Road cars are just so much more fun!

The reason why I play Gran Turismo is to drive road cars. If I feel like driving race cars, GT is far from being the game I would play. GT doesn't simulate the race car feel, but does a decent simulating road cars.

1. GT3 RSR - It did sweep the podium at the 24H Nurburgring. It's pretty much one of the most successful race cars out there.

2. Mont Tremblant, Watkins Glen or Road Atlanta - any one of the 3 would be awesome

I would love to see any Porsche but I would like to see a 993 GT2 or modern GT3 RS, GT2 RS, Turbo but anything would be nice.

Second thing I would like to see is damage.

Honestly, I don't care about damage. I never hit anything (unless someone hits me) so it's pretty useless on my end.

Private Lobbies and Working Comms with a way of kicking punters, corner cutters and wall riders out.

Accident Damage and Tyre Wear

User defined online races (Host choses the track, laps, pp of the cars, level of assists etc)

Damage is not just for you to hit things... straining suspensions by jumping curbs over 45 laps is damaging to a car. You can lose your spoiler or front lip the same way. You can blow your engine by overreving often...

People always think about damage as those spectacular crashes... but the truth is, racing cars are extremely fragile if not taken care of properly.

I remember in Forza2, while very "arcadey" in implementation, by over revving your car it would break the engine and degrade performance radically.

For cars I think it would be silly if they did not include the Nissan Nismo Xanavi 350z race car and Toyota Celica Castrol rally car because they already have been shown working in game (I still cannot understand why we cannot use these cars now). Think realistic guesses for cars (because there are other or simular versions already created) would be the Lotus Exige S, Viper ACR, ZR1!!!!!!!! and the Ferrari 430 Scuderia.

Tracks well lets hope for a track at the least. I would personally like a high elevation course like el capitan or chamonix.

Other stuff, well consider PD's version of a "big fall update" is three new cars then I really do not expect other stuff. Maybe a physics update.

Also how the car classes are divided up, M3 and Ferrari should not be able to race against each other.....

What? and why isnt an M3 allowed to compete against an 430?

If the M3 can match the required PP, aswell as the ferrari, then hell yea those 2 machines should be fighting against each other.
UNLESS... you have an 1 make event only, or like an 430 Challenge, then thats ok but otherwise, every car vs everycar!

One more thing that i would like for Spec 4, is a release date :)

I understand that, where you can tune the car but in beginner supercar class you cant tune it there for its an underpowered M3 vs a f430.

But I do agree with you on the point you made, as long as its tuned then yeah fine with me.

Yeah it would be good to race with you again.

In the meantime get your hands on Ferrari Challenge (It's really cheap now), and keep a close eye out for the release Supercar Challenge (I'm one of the 600 Beta testers of that game but unfortunmately cannot say much about it).

Sorry............strayed off topic there.

It would be good to see the online winnings adjusted, at the moment you get 45,000 credits for a win whether it's the FWD/RWD 550pp 5 lap Events or the 650pp Suzuka 10 lapper, consequently I've not seen many people racing the 650pp event (never more than 3) which is a great shame as it has the potential to be a fantastic race, but perhaps some people see it as twice the time and effort for the same money as not worth it.

Very good point there...

Thanks, personally I'm only playing through this game as I'm on a break from 3-nonstop- years of online race event organising, so am pleasing myself until RACE Pro is released and the SuperCar Challenge Beta is sent out.

I enjoy the force feedback and Physics,

and

I just fancy the challenge of getting through the game with all assists to 0 and earning enough credits to be able to afford the F1 Ferrari, so that my 7 year old son can play with it.

I'm currently on 1,500,000 Credits, so one more afternoon of online playing should yeild enough cash to get the Ferrari, then I will most likely file GT5P away again and go back to Ferrari Challenge and Forza2 for a decent online experience.

So as much as I enjoy the handling and length of the 650pp races there's little point in spending 20+ minutes running around virtually alone, when you can earn the same credits in half the time with a bit more competition in the 550pp events.

It's a shame that PD have largely ignored the Online aspect of this game, especially as the TV adverts here made such a big deal about the online gameplay, which is actually years behind every other game developer.

Another good incentive I'd like to see is a payout that is proportional to assists used. In Forza running with ABS,TCS,STM,Racing Line off and with Manual gears yeilds an extra 40% bonus ontop of your online race winnings, as an avid Assists to 0 user I would like to see a suitable reward for beating the competition especially when I put myself at an instant disadvantage by not having my ABS set to 1
