No, I meant as in why are you giving it a 6 out of 10. But again, as I said, all you're gonna end up with here is a Forza-GT battle.

Got GT5 a day before release and almost a year on, I still love it. There are some faults but I can see past them.

Definitely a solid 9 for me, there's just so much to do and I still feel like I haven't had enough after a year of playing.

I still haven't mastered drifting yet, so that's my next challenge

Because for me there is allot of issues with freezing and there is not many cars that I see everyday and think ooo I wouldn't mind driving that car but then I think o'dear I can't.

10 one year after release I still play it every day. Two weeks ago I spent 800£ on wheel and cockpit to enhance my exp. And still need to but shifter. :-) was worth it. Love this game. 20 years ago I dreamed about game like that

9.75. I am very fond of this game as you can see those 6 years of development in the game. It has very minor faults and it's been working perfectly since day 1. It has so much content in the game and they keep adding, that just makes it more fun. The only real issues it really had got fixed by PD anyways. It would have been a perfect 10 if it had a deeper offline experience. Just like the other GT's did.

So that's your excuse. It freezes? For me it has happened only twice. And because there aren't the cars that you want you are giving it a 6?

Do you play any other games besides GT5? Just curious.

- senseless and uber boring b spec
- really bad track list
- 800 cars without cockpit view and 2.0 with them blacked makes the situation even more pathetic in 2011
- dynamic weather which is like from f1 97 on ps1
- customization is prox to 0
- damage model which is something to be ashamed of

I'd give it a 7.5 or maybe an 8. The things that GT5 does right are spectacular, epic even. The things it does wrong really take the shine off though.

Thing is though, the constant defenders of the game aren't exactly bright either. They'll counter GT5 against Forza 4 with points that aren't related to the argument and are usually false anyway. I mean, I think GT5 is great, but I can actually accept it has flaws and will accept what Forza does do over it (or what I know of it anyway).

May I remind you that not every opinion in the world is the absolute same...don't expect everyone to think this game is at least par...and they don't.
