Just rebooted GT5 and no 2.0 update yet. So other parts of the world are getting it before the others?

Spa was also in Ferrari: The Race Experience, a relatively low-profile release (but a fun one IMHO) What exactly makes it harder to get the license for it than any other F1 circuit?
