Anyway, I'm usually up at 06:00 so it's no big shakes to get up a bit earlier, not least because it's my daughters birthday that day so no doubt our bed I'll get pounced on rather earlier than usual :)
 
I shall be watching the stream live at 1pm from here in Japan. Luckily I'm still on summer vacation so my viewing pleasure won't be disturbed by trivial matters such as work.

Unfortunately I won't be on holiday when GT5 is released in the shops. I have a strange feeling though that I'll catch a cold on that day and won't be able to work ;)
 
14 and a half hours!

I'm going to be so tired by the time 8pm rolls around, but as soon as it starts at 9pm, I'm probably going to snap awake like a kid on christmas.

I surely don't know exactly how to create a game. However, is that knowledge necessary to my conclusion?

Creating a game is nothing more than programing. Very complex programing but still programing. I know some programing myself so I do understand the basics. I don't need to be a senior game designer to understand basic memory management.

That is odd, I searched and can't find rollovers mentioned anywhere at the Official GT sites anymore, also they removed the effects video that showed rollovers (among other things).

I really hope so, no premium Silvias yet is troubling, I'd imagine they'll take care of that. Maybe premium shigeno 86? :)

It'd be a little odd if they gave us premium capp and no other kei cars. Honestly I'm hoping for more non-supercar premiums in general.
 
All of this premium talk makes me feel bad that I don't use the cockpit view in GT5P. I use the bumper cam, and always have.

the view is so much better from up there.
hell I'd strap my head to the bumper in real life if only I could think of a reasonable way to make it work.

That's an interesting point. Our "news" isn't necessarily going to be what they actually announce, but rather all the little details we pick up from the videos and demos (like the skidmarks at GC).

We already know about weather, so I don't think they're going to talk much about that beyond a brief demonstration. It'll be the things we haven't even heard of, or even thought of yet, that will be the "big" reveals.

It's going to be 11PM for me here. As long as the stream's working, I guess I'm up for a late night.. hehe. Ah, well, I'm not going to work tomorrow anyway. :)

Hmm, point.

Hope we get clarification about night racing on diffrent tracks and weather confirmation for all tracks.

Especially if weather will be mirrored to real track weather in same time :) (GT5Prologue weather)

Although I can't be 100% sure, I have no doubt that the AE86 Trueno will be Premium, and as such, the Shigeno version should be too as there are visually very little differences between the two models.

A AE86 (trueno) was shown drifting with the FT86 in the FT86 promo video, it [AE86] didn't look premium though.
