"Torture us" said @photonrider. I think the iMiEV is torture enough for now, so here for the restricted event ticket is a high-speed blast round a nice replica track in a well-behaved car.

Mary's Camaro doesn't get much action, being neither a normal car nor a race car, so now's a good opportunity to enjoy it.
Never driven Watkins Glen before so I don't know if this is an accurate replica but it flows very nicely with some lovely elevation and camber. Thanks to @nascarfan1400 for creating the track.
You'll be up against proper racing cars so a win is not guaranteed.

Edit - After having a couple more goes at this I reckon four laps is better than three. It gives you time to catch, and have a battle with, the fastest rabbits, and they are fast.

It was a Whoosier-ruled Intermediate Seasonal Event, open to all, and with all seasonal Regulations.

Run that Gullwing as fast as you can. Just don't fly off the cliff.
As for no-aids experiments - the SL is a great treat - we've already featured it twice - at the Ring and at Silverstone.
Great fun to climb the mountain with this beast when tweaked to reflect what it truly is like in real life - and then you tune it to the max and give it all the game assists that you can handle; that's when the daredevilry starts.

And talking about aids and assists - I'm finding that the i-Miev gets bogged down in treacle if anything is put on - TCS, ABS - it slows the car down - and if you switch on SRF the car seems to just develop more Ohms. Everything off and she flies - but I'm still working on bolt-on hard suspension. A good suspension tune is what I need to charge this baby up and knock 4 or 5 seconds off.

Remember - there were no winning tickets issued for 'The King Cobra' and 'The nowcomtrol Seasonal'

As well steve nfs won 2 tickets last round - but while one was a Whoosier-ruled event - the Intermediate Seasonal (only 1 title available from that Tier of Seasonal Events) - the other event (The King Cobra) was an Open event and a bonus title that could be won by multiple-title winners in any one round (though it had no winning ticket.
Not all events carry winning tickets- please check details. Some carry only Trophy Titles.

I have heard rumour that there may be more 'real' prizes to go with the Trophy Titles during the Holidays . . .. ;)

Go for it, Hall. I will place it as a second Whoosier-ruled Expert Event - so that would give a chance for two experts to pick up titles instead of one or the other losing all the time by hundredths of a second. :lol:

Just in the process of adding StirlingMoose's Restricted Custom Track event up, so I'll be here for awhile.

@StirlingMoose - please check the OP and let me know if I've got your specs right for the Restricted race at the Custom Track.

For the Expert event
Use the 2000 Ford Falcon XR8 Ford (AU) highest position, if tied the fasters time. Is that ok with you.

Finally got the win in the iMiEV, though not a particularly fast time. The Civic was a tardy rabbit. I was two seconds up at the last bend so just had to force a boot up the backside just before the line.

Yup - you've been winning titles and winning tickets no end in the last few rounds. :) So you do have a last ticket left (for an Intermediate event) - you can use it now or wait till this 'half-round' ends (6 of these events will end in the middle of the Seasonals - Dec 3rd) or use the nowayback Clause and pass it on to someone.

Yeah. Got under the five minutes a couple of times but not in P1 unfortunately. It all depends on the drafting/bumping opportunities. The last time I got a slow rabbit but I was always on my own down the straight. When I did a fast time it was down to getting a really good bump on the straight, briefly hitting 86mph and still doing 80mph going into turn 1. It makes all the difference. But that only happened when the lead rabbit was too fast to catch. Maybe there is a perfect line up to be found but I've already spent too much time on this when there are better things to be doing. It is oddly addictive though. btw I found that srf is faster here.
 
I'd driven this car once before, stock, and put it straight in the stockyard. Its PP rating is way too high and with the stock suspension settings it's a pig to drive. But with a bit of a tune, i.e. remove the ridiculous camber and toe and adjust the final gear, it's great fun.

It is addictive - and a problem. I go in with the mindset of doing several AI Hub events and then end up doing one over and over again - and hours have passed.
Your overall speed influences when and where you will meet the rabbits. So if you stay with a particular field there will be a huge difference in where you meet them if you have overall time differences between fastest race and slowest race. Even 10 seconds can mean different 'clumping' or different spots good for drafting. Keeps the races interesting.
I really like the fact that we get different fields, seemingly random, yet - as experienced Rabbit Hunters would know - intuitive about the players prowess, demands, and objectives.
