The usual one and done events, More music rally (because there is nothing better than events with no reward and you gold 1st try) and a Rebuilt invite system (PLEASE!!!).

My sarcastic meme aside, here are my actual predictions:

Cars:
Toyota GR Corolla (All but confirmed)
Audi R8 V10
Lexus LFA (lol)

No new circuits, but I think Hungaroring will come in August with the movie. I don't really care about scapes/new events/engine swaps to predict them.

I remember some member " don't know his nickname in reallity it doesn't even matter " contradictated my opinnion when I said : remember that gt7 will not get so much content ( cars, tracks ) that we think or in some ways PD have announced...

he replied : what are you talking about in lifespan of the game around 400 vehicles will come and around 30 new tracks

I CAN SMILE NOW 😁
( I KNOW THIS POST IS NOT JULY PREDICTION RELATED )

I think we might get around 150-200 cars,
And 10 tracks in total in the lifespan in gt7, but thats better than most other racers offers, look at fm7 it didin’t get a single new track after release

I can agree with that...my better prediction...and I am talking about "tracks" not layouts...we might get 4 more in 3,5 years
about cars I am not so sure...wonder if there is any f1 vehicle from 2000 - 2022 era in place to get to the game...
did PD lose licence for red bull X proto program?? with Adrian??

I think we end up with 600 cars in about end of 2025-early 2026, i think we can proably get 2-3 new track locations per year for both 2023-2024 and maybe 1-2 in 2025, 2026 things will proably slow down, but at this point its really difficult to predict what kinds of cars thats coming, mostly we have get a lot more cars thats new to series rather than returning cars, and the datamine list is proably updated but we dont have access to it, so it makes it even harder, i had 30 cars prediction list witch both featured lancer evolution lll and Subaru impreza wrx sti 04, but i would not expect something like an aston martin valkyrie we got last month, but its still nice we can get some suprices

I think we might finally hit the coveted 500-cars mark by the end of this year. The one Kaz said GT Sport will fulfill back in 2016...

I will predict that this time we will get new track.

Also i noticed that we are starting to get things promised over year ago (music rallies) sooooo maybe there is chance for those endurance missions? :D

I really hope they aren't missions. Or if they are, I hope Polyphony updates the racing missions to have repeatable credit rewards.

Putting the best races behind a one-time reward is insane.

The only guaranteed new car is the Corolla. Nobody knows if it will come in July, but it is confirmed.

As for the rest, your guess is as good as mine.

New Scapes are 100000% confirmed, because Kaz loves them Scapes.

I actually don't care anymore about the Updates we will be getting.
PD doesn't care at all about us the Players, they are doing their own thing with putting some useless Updates.
Since months we didn't get 30min. or 60min Races with good payouts.
I don't even want more new Tracks I just want more events with all the Tracks we have already in the Game...

new cars:
Toyota GR Corolla 2023 Circuit Edition
Tesla model s pikes peak
Genesis VGT
Hopefully:
Toyota GT-One
Lexus LFA

New Race:
4WD Japan Challenge on suzuka, new circuit, sardegna

New Circuit:
Red Rock Valley or Apricot Hill

New engine swap:
Lancer Evo 3 - probably another suzuki escudo or audi pikes peak
Subaru impreza wrx 03 - amg v12
Jaguar Xj220 - xjr9
Sprinter Trueno AE86 S Shigeno -2jz
Corolla levin AE86 - LS7 BRZ

As much as Apricot Hill would be nice, I don't think that would make a return given that a lot of that layout seems to have been remade in Yamagiwa. Autumn Ring would be cool but I doubt that's going to make an appearance any time soon. My guess would be that we will get a track but it's a mystery as to what one. At least one road car that's not going to be of any real use or worth buying, maybe an up to date GT3 and GT4 car if we're lucky, and some events based around those new cars.

While I don't have any confidence myself in predicting the cars, I have compiled some stats on the DLC cars that other people might be able to see patterns in that may help with their guesses:

  • New to the series cars: 41*
  • Returning cars that were Premium in GT5/6: 2 (Cappuccino, Celica WRC)
  • Returning cars that were either Standard in GT5/6 or only in PS1/2 games: 7 (Escudo, Silhouette Skyline, Kenmeri Skyline, S14 K's Aero, XJ220, R32 Nismo, Evo III)

  • Race cars: 15 (BRZ GT300, GR010, Escudo, Suzuki VGT Gr.3, A6GCS/53, Silhouette Skyline, MP4/4, ID.R, GT-R GT3 '18, Celica WRC, RA272, RS5 DTM, AMG GT3 '20, Super Formula x2)
  • VGTs: 6 (Suzuki x2, Porsche Spyder, Ferrari, Italdesign x2)
  • SEMA cars: 2 (Rampage, Maverick)

  • 2020-onward cars: 10 (BRZ, BRZ GT300, GR010, Mazda Roadster NR-A, Giulia GTAm, Corvette C8, AMG GT3 '20, Super Formula x2, Valkyrie)
  • Pre-1980 cars: 9 (Ford Roadster, A6GCS/53, GTO Judge, Kenmeri Skyline, DS Pallas, RA272, 911 901, Carrera GTS, Giulia GTV)

*this does include things like the S14 K's Type S and the Impreza which are obviously very close to cars that have been in the series before

I totally agree! Very realistic predictions  I think the final number of cars and tracks is going to be reached in 2026 with a total of 600-630 cars and 45 tracks. Give it or take it.

I unironically hope they hurry up and fix DRIFT music rally. I hardly play the mode but it's pretty inexcusable to release the first update to the mode and have it broken as it is. I think there's a workaround but I don't know what it is, and after doing it twice but not getting credit I just gave up and played the real game.

For July, I'm expecting some sort of tie in with the movie launch next month. Whether that's a new track, or some special event, I'm expecting something. I'm hoping for it to be a pretty good update considering last months was very light, and the month before also would have been light if it weren't for introducing a logical implementation for engine swaps.

I'm going to guess a new track + 3-4 cars, one of which is the GR Corolla in time for the GT Cup finale. It is just a guess though, with the only logic behind that being that they're releasing a movie next month that has been thoroughly advertised whenever they have the opportunity to do so.

I read someone say that by pausing the Music Rally before it finishes then unpausing after a few seconds it works correctly. Haven't tested this myself as when I played in VR I didn't experience the bug.

True. But they said those will be endurance missions unfortunately...
The fact that those will going to be missions it's much better than not getting anything at all. I just hope that we'll be able to receive credits more than once

I think we may get something to tie-in with the movie, since it comes out in August.
Some R34 GT-R special edition
Some Lancer EVO
Some Honda Civic

Suzuka West Course returns from GT4

5 new world circuit races with payouts less than the price of the new GT-R.
I'd actually be OK with this, especially if the R34 is the one tuned by Mine's, the Lancer is either an VIII or IX, and the Civic is like, from the 00s.
