I guess it could be Sony's mistake to add "*Internet required for most functionality." without asking Polyphony Digital's confirmation.
Don't see why, it's verbatim exactly what GTS says on the box. Most other aspects of the game code is going to carry over (as far as we know), no reason to think their online save only stuff won't as well.
Especially with the single player focus. Can't save progress. The most ridiculous thing about GTS.
Can't access cars bought with real money either. That needs to be addressed, if it's a feature in GT7. As it stands, once the servers close, it's worse than other games that, at least, let you use the DLC offline.
Well, they did shut the GT6 servers down just 3 months after GTS dropped, so there's an unnerving precedent around these things. If they do shut down the servers.
I guess the same ones as GT SPORT. Sport mode and lobbiesSo, you basically have to pay to be able to play certain features of GT7 online (access online multiplayer modes).
What are these online multiplayer modes?
Here it says that GT7 as well as some other games that we don't care about, require internet connection and an active PS Plus subscription to access ONLINE MULTIPLAYER MODES. (Oh no, I didn't know that I need WiFi to play online)View attachment 982648
