It's fine, despite their attempts none of their shots actually hit me. I just went full throttle in the boat and it seemed to work.

To do it yourself, just download http://www.mediafire.com/download/v9udywe36s2p79u/Xlag 2.0.exe that, then session hop until you get to one with a crate drop message, and then run the XLag (You may need to run more than one) until the game lags you to you being the only one in the session, the crate will drop

That's what most crates are. You need a special event crate to get the cool stuff.

I got 5000RP and $5000 from a crate. Along with a shirt and the Minigun... which I never used.
