Has a 100% spawn in the mission "Lost in Transit". One of the three teams spawns next to four of them and that team will also respawn riding one when killed. Must park it in your garage before the mission ends. Also note, the truck you are pursuing will be moving and the mission ends if it is destroyed or returned. It is best to coordinate with two other players and have one of them secure the truck and take it to a safe location. It seems that the "Lost" gang does not pursue the truck into the city.

Eh. That isn't for me. The rewards are nice but I think other people deserve them and I don't really want to take the time to hunt down random NPCs that have a chance of not spawning at all. Plus, it's already a pain in the ass to lose cops in GTA V (After playing IV, I realized I can lose cops easier in it than in V).
In comparison to Rooftop Rumble, wherein you will earn about $100,000 after completing the mission, which spans around 30 minutes, the Heist DLC will actually fetch you 3.75 times more money.
How many times do we have to say.. don't listen to those youtubers who are only making videos for likes, comments, subscribes, etc. And definitely don't believe the news articles found when googling for GTA V news.. it's all speculative clickbait.
The ones in the know are the ones working on the game. At this point, I'd say Rockstar is throwing fake code out there just to throw off/troll those who try to leak things out from the game's code.
Well, there are three UFOs that appear after 100% completion under certain conditions, and the egg is real. If you've seen any of the videos by Chr0m3xMoDz where he is trolling livestreams, he spawns the egg and attaches it to the person streaming, along with a liquor store sign and marijuana plant.
