Edit:Ok. It's those women with brown dresses, I think they're kinda latin too by some of their other lines, punch them and they should say the line I posted. There are other girls who wear the same kind of dress only it's purple, which is why I stress the word "brown".

Also if you go into your mansion into the room where the cut-scene took place, and you look down at the floor near the VCR, you can see that it is still unplugged!

Also notice the trophies on top of the TV, I believe it's one for each stadium event. And on top of the TV at your hotel room at Ocean View there's another trophy for when you get 45 or better at the shooting range.

As for quotes, one of my favorites are the paramedics punching somebody and going "You hit me!?" and "You stupid maniac!!!" :lol:

It's mighty hard to get them to actually punch somebody though. The 'peds riot' cheat helps.
