Actually there is several modded NPC cars online. Which is an awesome edition to the game.

This thread here will showcase all that's been found as well how to spawn them.

Now that you mention it, I found these two today after seeing a post in another GTP GTA thread.

I found the Voltic with my Sentinel.

This is probably my favourite in game car, you can probably guess what colour it's supposed to be.

"Useless" seems like the incorrect word for it. The odd choice in torque split does force a different method of throttle application, but it's still my 'go to' for any off roading events. You can see from Owens pics above that I'm not the only one. To answer your question, it has not changed from last gen to next gen.

I want to like the Mesa, but it never felt like it was a capable off-roader. It never felt like it had any torque or power going to the front wheels.

Honestly, you max out any off-roader and you're on your way. Any car for that matter.

There's no distinction between off road and regular IMO. Also, tires don't do a damn in GTA.

No, they come in hardtops as well. Whether you receive a hardtop, vert with top folded clean, or vert with top partially unfolded is random when you purchase the car.

In the iFruit app, you have to go to Snapmatic, then click the down arrow next to "Most Recent" and select "My Photos."

Social Club doesn't seem to be working correctly for me right now, but you should be able to access your photos in the steps above.
