GTC....Where can i get this game

Where in the US can i get this game?, i have never heard of it until about a month ago.

Which one? There's two Gran Turismo Concepts.

GTC 2001: Tokyo is a Japanese release only.
GTC 2002: Tokyo-Geneva is a PAL/Europe release only.

Even if you could get them, you would be unable to play them on your console as it stands.

Capt. Illiterate should definitely be introduced to Mosthaunted1. Maybe we should even create a special thread for that. Wow, that would mean hours and hours of arguing.
