Has anyone done any night testing? I did a few laps in the day, managed a 4:07.956, then it went to night and I couldn't get any lower than 4:11. I put new tyres on, and I just couldn't seem to go any quicker. I don't know whether it is because I can't see the braking points as well, or whether there is a change in the track physics which is throwing me off. Anyone else found this?

Some drivers will go just as quick in the night, others are slower because of the difficulties seeing braking points and turn in points. Same thing happened to me at WSC at Pescara, from 1:08 laps to struggling to get below 1:10.

It's why we are AM drivers :p

Okay, before I waste my time testing two different tunes, are we allowed to have 2 separate tunes? One for qualifying and one for race? I am assuming we are having draft off for qualifying. This would mean you would need to change it before the race, so we would all leave track and change setups. I was hoping to find out before I spend more time trying to eek hundredths out of this car, to make sure that it isn't all going to be pointless.

Draft will still be on, but there will be a minute gap between quali and the race for set up changes and tweaks.

Which means people should spread out and avoid the draft.

Oh, and I may not make testing today, BBQ at parents place.

Btw Furi ive looked at your spec's and theres no way you can do a 100% safe weights/power check with those settings:dopey:
