But that was Chris Harris. It's obvious they don't give a damn about him. :)
The thing is they do it to everyone, everyone has to play by their (very unfair) rules. They don't care about Chris Harris but they certainly did care about the info getting out as they banned him from driving cars until recently.

What I find hard to understand is where you're going with this.

A racing teams primary goal is to win, winning is kind of important in a race. "Being yourself" (In this case a massive asshat) doesn't exactly matter.
It's not like he didn't won enough anyway.
Ferrari was a straightforward man. All or nothing.

Oh and try to be more cautiotus with your words.
1- Me and you are just two random guys wasting time in a forum.
2- There's no need to offend a man only because in his life had the balls to enforce his decisions.

I don't see anything wrong about banning Chris Harris, it's the first thing I would do if one day I'll ever build a car. :)
And of course you have to play their rules. Talking bad about a particular manifacture and try to be an angel with your readers is the most common things car journalists do. Such a boring pattern.

You really want to know how a Ferrari drive? Earn enough money to afford a 458 one day rent + assurance for a track day. Make your own fair judgement. The rest is BS.
They don't give a damn about anyone is the point.
I know and they can. :)

You never knew Enzo Ferrari. You think he's great.

Everybody who knew Enzo Ferrari thought he was scum.

Hint hint, dude.

There's a thing called constructive criticism that Chris Harris is using and that all other journalists try to do with Ferrari but, they won't let you say anything bad about their car, there's a difference between being ignorant (like you and Ferrari) and constructive criticism. Also, no one is trying to be an angel to their readers, just trying to expose the truth. Not everyone has enough time and money to buy or rent a Ferrari and take it on a track, why do you think car reviews exist? Also, just know if you ever built a car and you wouldn't let anyone speak bad about your car because it's oh so perfect in every way, people won't drive your car or buy it.

How did this thread go from the car to some Chris Harris? Either way I'm surprised so many people voted uncool and lower.
Because a lot of people on here think supercar = SU. I voted SU because it's ugly, is a car that only wealthy people that want a new toy would buy, and it's not important to me.

I'm waiting for Malaysia to see what they can bring to motorsport other than the death of Simoncelli.
Honestly, my country is 🤬 and will never come up with anything great. So, there's that.

Doesn't make Ferrari's new design language any less lazy.

1.) What I said about Ferrari is purely my own opinion, which also happens to be based on fact.

2.) The Sepang International circuit is a favorite of mine. It feels like a proper race track rather that the other Tilkedromes that are out there.

Gentlemen, please...

While we may criticize Enzo for his supposed arrogance, let's not forget, there is a reason Ferrari is a household name.

It's the fire, the passion, the sheer force of the man.

Enzo's steadfast resolve and unwavering dedication to the purity of his brand, come hell or high water, have given us two of the most iconic super cars of all time.

I'm talking about the Lamborghini Miura and the Ford GT 40, obviously.

It may not be iconic, but he is also partially responsible for the Pegaso Z-102.

Ah... but the Pegaso wasn't born out of pure spite for the man... :D
If I remember correctly, that car was made because Enzo said that the owner of Pegaso wore rubber-soled shoes to keep from getting any shocks.

I'm not entirely sure what that's supposed to mean, but it was apparently a pretty nasty insult in the 50s.

How did this thread go from the car to some Chris Harris? Either way I'm surprised so many people voted uncool and lower.

Because:

Most stupid name for a supercar. EVER.

And the looks doesn't help either. It's not awful, but it's just like all the recent Ferraris. And yes, it's powertrain it's a masterpiece... but even if this thing had 3000HP, it can't outrun Uncool.

Sorry, the last great looking Ferrari was the 550 Maranello.

Fair enough.
Sorry, the last great looking Ferrari was the 550 Maranello.
I don't like 550 Maranello because it's not MR. In my opinion after the F40 era every Ferrari that want to be considered a true full-blooded should be an MR car.
I wasn't aware that Chris Harris was the person who bought every single F50 back when it was new; as perhaps the most infamous example of the sort of manufacturer meddling discussed in that article.
Chris is not a bad guy but he tends to behave like a car jorunalist for 14 years old people. Lot's of unnecessary "over the top" and "yo bro" "in your face" comments.

This kind of behaviour just don't click with Ferrari even if he want to praise their cars. We normal people love to spread BS on manifactures but we forget we are still talking about an Elite brand. And Elite brands, like it or not... tends to choose their own channels of communication, expecially when the demand exceeds the offer.

Wrong. So wrong.

Harris posted an article that revealed Ferrari's BS. Turns out Ferraris are nowhere near as good as their rivals, or as good as they're advertised. Ferrari didn't like Harris exposing how crap their cars are.

And what is with you posting something, then coming back 45 minutes later to edit your post and add a second post with a period? Christ.

Actually, I'm starting to like how this thing looks... but it's name is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO STUPID I can't move it to Cool, because for starters, there's no Ferrari that can be a Meh. (IHMO)...

Despite the fact that the arguably, most "full-blooded" (what nonsense is this anyway?) Ferraris were all FR?
Call it nonsense but I was born with a F40 poster in my room, so my inprinting and MY idea of Ferrari is a fast red noisy car with a mid engine.

Absolutely zero of this has anything to do with my point.

As I said "Chris tends to behave like a car jorunalist for 14 years old people. Lot's of unnecessary "over the top" and "yo bro" "in your face" comments." Or BS in that case.

Looks like we have an internet Lion in here. Now if you have balls tell me this face to face, let me know when you are in Venice. I'll be waiting for you.
