Szmissz, the racing modifications are available for most premium models? Or just a few? The ones marked with RM in the lists for example?

what good are the windscreen wipers on standard cars?

Are the races mixed with Standard/Premium cars or just one of a kind?
Did you try the real-time Nürburgring/La Sarthe etc., how do you like it?
Have you come across "weather changes" weather predictions / humidity numbers?

It is very complicated to answer, but i have to admit: i'am a bit disappointed. The screen tearing, the standard cars restrictions(they look fine while racing though), the missing favourite tracks from GT4, the same carrier mode like GT4...

I dont feel the same like with the previous games in the series.

They don't have cockpit view, so they wont need them. I doubt they would have them in exterior replay shots anyway.

If you have a garage you can mount your TV on your garage wall, sit in your car and play GT5 from your car seat. Problem solved xD

Yes, there are mixed races and the standard cars look fine between premiums is you dont see them too close.

I tried the real Nordschleife, it's ok, nothing really different from GT4, of course it looks better, but hey, GT4 Ring was good enough.

Weather changes no, day/night cycles yes.
 
yes what's up with the tearing? That's new for me..

Then break the sensors out of a game wheel and connect them to your wheel/pedals! Even better!

Yeah, is it like the PSP's version of Gran Turismo where you see dotted lines where two sections of track don't completely line up (and you end up seeing a flickering line)?

Screen tearing, pls tell me this is a wind up. Screen tearing and dodgy framerates i can't tolerate.
 
How does this game compare to Forza, if you don't mind.
 
So does this mean we won't be able to use the Top Gear Test Track outside of the Stig Challenge? That would be awful. I just hope that you have to complete the Stig Challenge to open it in practice mode, because it appears that the Nordschleife is also unavailable to practice mode at the beginning (maybe you unlock it from the AMG challenge)

Maybe it's something to do with his TV ?
 
I never noticed tearing in GT5P so I don't think I'll have that problem...

There is screen tearing in races and in the replays too. Depends on the nomber of cars and the environment of course, but i've never seen tearing in a GT game exept the Prologues(4 and 5).

Have seen bad screen tearing on a friends TV on Prologue but thankfully have never had this problem myself. Hopefully same is true for GT5.
 
with the dfgt or any other wheel can you change the full lock settings?

from 900 to 200?
