I'm on tonight and Sport mode isn't tickling my fancy :3
I'm gonna be dipping in & out of Gr2 and the Racing Kart most of the night I think.

I'm going to run a 1.5hr Gr.4 Endurance Race tonight.

Open Lobby. No reservations
Run Any Gr.4 car
Any Skill Level Welcome
Must Race Clean - Full Damage On
If interested just show up

Lobby name. GTP 1.5hr Enduro
In the US region.

Lobby opens at
6:00pm EST for the US
11:00pm BST for the UK
10:00pm UTC

Race Starts at
7:00pm EST - US
12:00am BST - UK
11:00pm UTC

4. At 7:00pm the 1hr 30 min endurance race starts.

Track settings are just about the same as my 1.5hr endurance race league.

Race Information -
1.5 hour endurance race
45 minute Practice/Qualifying session
15 minute break before racing
Track: Dragon Trail Gardens
In game track time: Default time
Fastest First set by host
Class Gr4 BOP on with No Tuning.
Run Any Gr.4 car.
Race Hard to Race Soft tires only.
Fuel X4 & Tire wear X6
No assist but ABS
Damage on heavy
Boost Off
Slipstream Real
Track grip set to Real
All penalties set on Strong
Auto Drive Off
Caution flags on
All Ghosting Off
GRID START
 
I’ll join if I can. Gr4 is the only class I can play (on my DS4) w/o TC on. Also love the track so is a good match.

I have not had much track time here with the Gr.4 to know a good tire strategy yet. That's another reason I picked this track for tonight so we could get some good data from it.

I run a monthly series exactly like this except everyone must run a different Gr.4 race car if your interested.
If not then just keep a look out for another event like this sometime soon

Typical...people

No matter how well you organize anything to them, they will always fail you/to keep their word (means nothing).

So much experience with that and only advice I can give you is - spare your time and nerves.

The more the rules, the less people.
Doesn't matter if they say they will come 1000%, believe me, they probably won't.

Keep me in mind for your next lobby. I prefer endurance races over sprints. I need time to correct mistakes!

Had a couple good races with you last night bud, you're a fast one! I think I finished 2nd in my first race in that lobby, but you were miles ahead as I failed to conserve fuel before my first pit stop. The 2nd race, I just made too many mistakes but managed to crawl back to 5th before I ran out of gas and you passed me inches before the finish line!

Anyone else get a black screen after viewing car when joining then gets thrown back to the main screen? :lol:

We had a couple of great laps in that last race! The last lap was wild, with the wreck after the bus stop and then you running out of gas right at the finish. I was working my way up from a "racing incident" on lap 1, which I had to pit in order to make repairs. Catching up was a real challenge.

Definitely need to do that again. It was fun.
 
Not only was it incredibly hard to connect, and that some people lost connection as a race started, but the grid was so unbelievably wrong everytime.
