Hey Chris

Great work - the commentary adds a new dimension and i'm enjoying your videos more than others that have been posted.

Request: If u can, i'd love to see a full replay on Nurburgring GP. No changing views, or purposely crashing etc - just a full 'neat' (if possible):) replay as it plays originally.

use an older JDM car like R33, or older Mitsi Lancer
 
Looking forward to a video showing the changes to the Mazda, curious to see if the exhaust show up on the model, and if the sound change any on it.

And i loved watching ya drive that Hommel or whatever that car was called, it really did seem fun with how it got sideways.

We will all start with 20,000 Cr, and there are a number of cars that are slightly more expensive than 20,000. For example, the 1990 Mazda RX-7 GTX is around 23,500.

My question… do you have to purchase a car immediately after starting a GT-Life career, or can you take License Tests (where you are assigned a car) and earn prize cars that can be sold for additional credits which would then give you more than 20,000 Cr for your first car purchase?

Am 99% sure you do not need to buy a car straight away and just do the licence tests, and like in previous GT's you can just start winning your races with the cars you win from passing these tests. Hope that helps :)

You don't have to buy a car to run license tests.

ermmm, actually not true... thats what i wanted to do, get a prize car, sell it, then buy a better car, for more then 20000 credits... but the game doesnt let you.

Hey Chris! Love your videos! You commentary is really epic i must say. Have you been able to check out the rally events yet? Also, can you drive what car you like in rally? Or is it restricted to 4wd cars? And yea i know that you need some gravel tires for that stuff.. I would love to take the Audi Ur Quattro out for som rallying. Im still waiting for my signature edition that was sent on thursday and not here yet.. Im going craaaaazy!!!

What kind of options do we have for making car setups when tuning? - Is it 3 setups per car? Can we name the setups? Can we copy and paste one setup into another?

a bit of a offtopic question, how does the in game Nürburg ring compare to the real thing? kinda planning a trip over to the ring and horribly crash my old Volvo into a wall there next summer :p

You mean leave a dint in the ring and walk away without any damages to the Volvo ;) This is actually the kind of question I wanted to ask Chris as he has driven there 👍

Chris any input on this would be super if you can maybe do some sort of comparsion between the virtual and real world on that track some time in one of your future videos. Awaiting the uploads :D

well.. yeah :p

when i was 18 and had gotten my first car, which also was a Volvo.

I lost control of it on the snow, hit the median and tipped over a tree...
i just reversed away and drove off :p

sure will be doing that, infact, i actually wanted to do that already, but so far i didnt unlock the nordschleife yet... there are several tracks i didnt unlock.

Really looking forward to hearing/seeing the mx5 after the exhaust and suspension upgrades. Defo will be getting the same car to start and probably tune the same

Chris cant wait to see some snow and rain vids, and oh yea how did your new supped up car do in that race?

chrisi have two questions how did you get the toyota ft 86 what cup was it in or did you buy it (i dont think so because it is so expensive) and
can it be racing modified :)

The C63 is looking good! Needs more Camber, but it will ruin the handling :lol:

Next maybe drifting and some bmw's? ;) :D

That latest C63 at the Cape Ring looks epic. Nice bit of driving there.

I presume the blue race suit with yellow stripes is one of your making? What options do you get when choosing the look of your driver at the start?

Also, I haven't seen the gametrailers review, but seeing as this is a racing game, I think I'm gonna take the option of someone who actually RACES.

When I did burn tires with my ktm motorbike back tire did smoke after the burnout session but it wasn't that much smoke like we saw in video.
 
Agreed, the AMG looks badass, i especially dig the lowering. That car looks great slammed to the floor.

Chris, i have another question...
Does the AMG feel significantly different than your Miata? The AMG weighs around 1,500 LBS more than the Miata, and i would like to know if you can noticeably "feel" the increased weight of the AMG while driving it in GT5. I hope you can, considering it would make weight reduction a much more appealing tuning option.
