This is my third week of Rookie status. After just submitting my reply, I'm interested to see how the powers that be have viewed my performance and where they'll nestle into the pack for future events. If anyone has any insight on how it's formulated, I'd be interested in at least having somewhat of a rough idea of where I'll be placed.

Look at the Official Registry, in the Rookies section. After 1 event that has gone official, you're at a 3.4 handicap. Back-of-the-napkin'ing your 3.2 handicap in the DeLorean and your current splits in the S2000, I'd say D3 Gold or D3 Silver.

We won't know for sure until after your 3rd submission has gone official.

  • The use of the clutch that is found on the G25, G27, and other high end racing wheels is strictly prohibited.
  • Use of the Handbrake is Prohibited.
  • No Contact with walls or other objects. Any contact with walls, no matter how minor, will result in a DQ.
  • Concrete rumbles and tarmac are legal track. In the 2 chicanes, no contact with grass. The tarmac/concrete runoff areas beyond the white line are illegal, with the exception of the 2 chicanes.

I think you're on the safe side - the runoff areas are end sec1+2 and in the last turn

Got caught up in the winning :mischievous:, forgetting why I joined GTP_WRS and how much I've learnt from it :dunce:. Although saying something is better than saying nothing. In sticking to the spirit of the community here's the set up that I've finally ended up with. just needed the back end to move out a little more. :)
