Ok guys my first fuel run is done. Pitting now. Like Aaron said the steering wheel is bent some and I think it might be a mph or two off. I'm not running as quick as I was in practice about a second off. Made it back up to 12th but unfortunately 4 laps before my pit I got loose coming on to the banking on the back straight and got into the wall. Another 4 mins of repairs. That's a bummer sorry guys. Should be around an hour left for me so still looking around 2:10-2:20 for Jav to get in.

Ok Jav just got in. My 2nd stint went ok. No damages. Made it back up to 13th from 15th after my first stop. We are on the same lap as 12th. I still think a top 10 is possible. We are still pretty close to our time schedule maybe about 10 mins off.

Also before I get off I checked the setup and it might be mine but it still has the old un even front ride heights. That's kinda a bummer because I did notice a small difference with them adjusted even. We will just have to deal with it I guess because we can't make any garage changes during the race. We might want to consider making a rear tire pressure adjustment to try and help later in the fuel run as it gets pretty loose last 10 laps or so.

Edit: just checked the setup in a test session and only other thing I noticed beside the front ride heights being off was the brake bias. I'm assuming Jav changed it when he stared his stint. Currently it's at 51% and I was running it at 48% so since that's a in car adjustment I'm going to change it back when I get in the car next just so you guys are aware if you want to change it back. I was wonderig why it wasn't turning in as well but figured it was from the damage. This should help me pick up some speed because I was lot slower than I would have liked.

Ok, sitting on the pits after hitting the wall coming on to the oval from the infield... 6 minute repair, car was a handful after another close encounter with Team Latvia... Should've seen the name on the car earlier and avoid him completely... What an idiot!! Several laps down and fighting/blocking a faster car laps ahead... Then had another guy try to take me out in the front straight... Sorry guys, progress that had been made Ithrew away...

Damn that was a tough stint, so hard to drive on your own with no real competition in sight... Got the car down to 10th ot 11th at the start of the stint but thank's to the oblivious Team Latvia that went away quick and back to 18th, got back to 14th and Aaron on the car now.
Car feels ok, down on straightline speed but very driveable still.
Sorry about the spin and contact guys, was pushing hard to build a gap to 11th and 12th but got blinded and threw away your hard work. Truly sorry about that, feel like crap...

Just walked in the door. Gonna grab a quick bite and I'm ready to roll.

All done now, handed the car over to Keith in 13th position, 35 seconds ahead of 14th and 2 laps behind 12th. Car feels good other than the straightline issue, but most of our competitors seem to have the same problem.
Was a clean stint, no contact, no spins. Had some great battles on the first fuel load, the pitstop seemed to drop me into the middle of nowhere, I had hardly any traffic at all.

You guys are doing well then a guy on the iRacing forums said they are on engine number 4 and well down

Haha wow 4 engines that's crazy.

Getting ready to hop back on shortly. With the repairs we've done seems like we are about 20 mins or so off on our time.

Not to shabby of a stint had one mishap in the bus stop of my own doing. Didn't lose any positions so that's a plus. Car feels good other than being slow. I think top 10 is feasible.

Just got out of the car. Not a bad stint. No dramas or repairs needed. Got one spot from 13th to 12th but in my last few laps the 10th place guy was in the pits so now Jav is 11th. We are a lap out of 10th and got 2 laps on 12th right now. If we can keep it clean like this a top 10 is possible.

Good news is we are up to 10th now, bad news is I ran out of fuel... Still a 3 lap buffer to 11th.

So far the cleanest stint of the race for me Jason gave me a car on a very good spot and we where in 11th within a lap or two. Most drivers exept for 1 where racing very sensibly and very cleanly, no dumb moves, no low percentage decisions.
We have a 3 lap buffer to GTfusion, their car is in a lot better shape but they are only 1 second faster than us, if we keep it on the tarmac pointed straight they won't have enough time to make it up!
Keith at the wheel now on 10th place!

Here's the updated time schedule:

Well I ruined 10th place. I'm in the pits now with a 5 minute repair. Will be lucky to still be in 12 or 13th by the time its all said and done.

Handed the car off to Aaron after a horrible stint. Was actually thinking 9th was attainable for a little while then it all went down hill. Made a few mental mistakes and crashed the car twice. Gonna get some sleep before my last stint.

It's ok guys we will just get it to the end the best we can. Still 5 hours left so other teams could have the same trouble. I'll be logged in 15 mins early for my last stint. I tried to decide earlier whether it not I was going to try and sleep after my 2nd stint but ended up saying screw it and stayed up lol. I'm kinda tired but once I get in the car I'll be good. I'm not a energy drink or coffee person so just been drinking pepsi's and walking around waiting lol.

Had to pit to reset my wheel, and lost a couple of laps. Not the ideal way to start my stint. After that it was recovery mode, got back up to 12th, but made very little progress towards the front. I put laps on a couple of cars, but they're so far ahead it doesn't really matter. We're P12, 4 laps behind 11th and 6 in front on 13th.

Good luck for the rest of your stints, lets bring it home.

GTune is running in P18 in class right now. We were up to P6 close to the halfway point but, unfortunately we went into the wall and had to spend 40 minutes in the pits for repairs. Been a massive fight back as we were well down behind a lot of the guys ahead of us. Very little attrition in the GT3 class in our split.

Just finished my final stint, and I must say I'm pretty happy to have had no spins, and only 1 slight off to avoid another car. Aside from that, kept the car completely clean. Has been a great group of guys to race with and has been a lot of fun to test out virtually what I might be doing in the future!

Well I ended the race with a bang literally. Was moving over for the HPD leader and got ducked up into the wall and it wouldn't come off. I should be leaving the pits with 3 MI utes to go. It was totally undrivable.

Race is over amd we finished p12. Funny thing is after my last incident with wall the car came out of the pits and the wheel was straight as an arrow. All in all good fun and thanks for letting me be part of the team.

Just wanted to second what Shinya has said, it was great fun to drive alongside him and we all had a good time! Unfortunately it was me who dropped the car just past the 12th hour mark, we had really good pace though and it was great to be able to move through the pack as we did. Very proud of what we achieved and hope we can keep the team together for the future enduro's.

Certainly looking forward to Sebring and congrats to everyone who finished the race, certainly an achievement.

What an amazing experience this race was, I have done 2hr, 3hr and 4hr races before, but nothing compares to this, nothing!! The sense of driving a car you have to share, the feeling of responsibility, racing not to just push and push but rather pace yourself the car and the field, the pressure of not breaking anything or crashing, driving a less than perfect car deep into your stint and the sense of acomplishment after your stint was done knowing that you have just brought your team that much closer to the culmination of something special.
What a privilege was and it is to share that with you guys, thank you for the awesome experience and thank you iRacing for having the balls to make it happen. I'm proud of our race, proud of our efforts, proud of our team and proud to say I raced for GTPlanet Racing, the best there is!!
