^ You are quite close, but not close enough on the Mazda part. Sure, it was based on a Mazda but it is not made by Mazda for that matter. ;)

-> And the 1st-gen Caravan does not have this kind of seating arrangement. ;)
 
A ford version of the Mazda van then? Or maybe Suzuki, as they shared some platforms with Mazda too. It's very obscure this one... it could even be some random Indo-Asian variant.

EDIT: I can't really be bothered searching any further, I'm in the right ballpark!
